Since Caitlin is out of town, this time at Illinois State University, for another Mock Trial Competition I will reply to posts for her

Enjoyed the updates. The Boardwalk pics were so much fun to see. I love all the little knick-knacks and old-timey machines in the lobby. The new restaurant in Italy looks great too.

We loved the decor at the Boardwalk and really enjoyed all the little touches they added

We are hoping to give Via Napoli a try next year

First of aLL.....that hottie was totally hot!

Second.....I want to know what exactly that jalapeno rita tasted like? was it spicy hot? I want to try one but I am afraid.

Third.....awesome use of pictures. I especially love the BWI pics except for that creepy little chair.

Dale absolutely loved that jalapeno margarita and it's his new favorite! He said it is spicy hot but not too hot. "Just enough to give it a good kick"

I think that chair would be the ultimate time out chair for little kids. They'd behave simply because they feared the chair

Sounds like a great day at Epcot. I can't wait to spend some good time there on our next trip. We're spending 2 days at Epcot and I plan to squeeze all the details out of World Showcase .

Wow so many great pics and a fun update! That chair is too much, I agree it would be a perfect 'time out' chair!!
I have been to Epcot more than a dozen times and alot of that stuff was new to me. We want to go back to the 'World' next year but the construction at MK was enough for me this past summer, but there's obviously Epcot to love too!!
Oh and I think soccer is my favorite new sport

We had so much fun at Epcot and with the resorts in walking distance we spent a lot of time there. I felt like the MK construction kind of took away some of the magic and we spent less time than usual there.

We are now soccer fans too

Love the rice pudding at Akershus...I could actually go there and eat nothing but that! Love the hat pictures of Dale around the world...priceless!!

Yes I have a bit of a crush on the Off Kilter guy. He's a cutie and talented

Caitlin is having a great time being on the Mock Trial team. She has made some wonderful friendships and loves being an "attorney". Last week she had my dad take her early birthday shopping and she got her first suit. She looks so grown up in it

We just got back a few nights ago! I finally did the Jungle Cruise and the Margarita reminds of that awesome one that I had outside of Mexico. I debated to do a TR over here but after meeting some people that do several boards on our trip, I decided to give it a try. Can't wait to hear more from your trip and catch all the way up! There were places I wanted to go that you all did, SO I guess I have to live through your TR till I get my chance.

Hmmm we still haven't gotten our CD I totally would not have allowed any waterpark pics of myself if I knew everyone was going to see them! EEK! I'm surprised everyone is getting each other's pictures with the amount of time it took but I guess since we got a good deal....

Actually she met more hotties on our next Epcot day And you are right that they all seemed to enjoy talking to her too

Real life update........
Today is a big day at our house! Why, you ask? Well today is Caitlin's 20th birthday! We are celebrating by taking her and her boyfriend (yes she has been seeing a great guy for several weeks and he treats her like a princess )to lunch at PF Changs (her favorite) and both sets of her grandparents are joining us

She and her bf have plans for later in the day and tomorrow her friends from school are throwing her a party on campus. (she commutes) The birthday weekend should be a fantastic start to her 20's
