Perhaps it was his day off? My guide only works 3 or 4 days a week. When I first toured, she was off and had another guide give me the tour.

I don't know. It was really weird. We had an appointment with him and then waited but he never showed for the appointment. Oh well! It doesn't matter now. Even Disney people have lives... maybe something came up at home.

what is a "guide"??

Just like Disney has "cast members" instead of "employees", "costumes" instead of "uniforms", and "guests" instead of "customers", they have "guides" instead of "timeshare salespersons".

It makes spending all that money go down "like a spoonful of sugar."

we were part of Marshall Sutton's group. We were given a guide, however, by our own choice we switched to

TIM Grabman

Spoke with him tonight for the first time. He was friends with Marshall--they planted a tree at a Golf Course in Celebration tonight with about 25 of Marshall's friends. What a great honor for a great guide--we sure do miss him.

The guide I joined with was Mike Brunson. Then it was Diane Manual in Chicago. She was really great! She always got back to me super fast and was never pushy. But I was told she's not with DVC anymore. So I don't know who I have now. I'm really bummed!
