Do the guides have email addresses we can contact them with?

We are not all given our guide's e'mail address by Disney. Some on the boards say that they aren't able to "conduct business" by e'mail; But there are some that have received their guide's email on an individual basis, if the guide chose to.
Someone here may be able to shed more light on this.
