We are new to the vacation club and we were just wondering how often you actually interact with your guide. Do you speak with them everytime you want to book something or just when you want to buy more points.

We thought you just called the main nuimber to make requests so we were just wondering.

Really just when your looking to buy more points, although there are other things you can call for, but most stuff can be handled through MS.
