Nick Coton for us, although we have yet to need to add on, he seems nice on the phone when he's informed us about new incentives, resorts etc(of course we already knew all that because of all the great people here on DIS)
You gotta love that Southern Georgia accent.
We use to have Mike Brunson.........glad to see he has been promoted, had a nice experience with him.

Our guide was Ken Bradshaw, but we just noticed on a recent e-mail that we've been assigned a new guide, Ricardo Quiroze. We thought that Ken was great and were not sure why we've been switched. We haven't spoken with Ricardo as of yet, but we're sure that he's just as great!

Rob Shapiro--always nice and keeps us up to date with all that is happening with the DVC world!

BTW we have been members since 1994 and Rob is our 4th guide. He has also been the best!
