Frank Perez for us. We bought about a year ago. He was very real in explaining DVC to us. We had never heard of it until our tour. We really appreciated his frank-ness (couldn't help myself).

We're happy to say we're making our first trip home in 26 days. Can't wait!

David Miller for us. He was great to us.

I forgot to mention one thing. While we really liked David, there was one thing I truly hated. When we went in the ice cream parlour, the ladies there were very nice to us. However, there was a miscommunication problem between the one that gets your van back to the parks and the customers before us. As soon as the customers left, the two ladies started making fun of them in front of my DH and me. It was very un-Disney like and totally unprofessional especially to do it in front of us. They acted like they thought we would laugh. I wasn't sure who to even let know about it.

Sweet Larissa Prendergast since 1999! She is the absolute best, and probably the primary reason we bought in to begin with-we never could have dealt with a high-pressure salesperson, and she has been perfect for us. Just bought BLT, and still love dealing with her.
