We just recently bought into the DVC and had a wodnerful guide: Aldemar Ramirez. He was great. We went on a tour last year and had a guide who could care less. This year, Aldemar made all the difference. He took the time to explain it to us and never rushed us even though it was getting late.

Hats off to Aldemar for all his help and his kind personality.
