Who is your favourite singer or band?

I don't know any of these, but I know Kristin Chenoweth and Indina Menzel are actresses. Not familiar with their music at all. I guess that is a lot of bands to not know.

Maria Callas was an opera star. No Soprano best of list is credible without her on it right near or at #1.

Welp, now I feel like an idiot I enjoy the opera experience, but rarely listen at home. I did get to Pavarotti before he passed, and have gotten to experience some of the best opera halls in the world, but my knowledge? Pitiful!

This just illustrates to me how neat it is that WDW attracts such a diverse fan base.

currently it would be Bruno Mars, he puts on a real good show, good songs, good singer, good dancer. Katy Parry is fun, Britney is not a good singer but has amazing shows. Best Oldies is Earth Wind and Fire who still have a great show. Kelly Clarkson can really sing and has great songs. Next up, Back Street Boys at Planet Hollywood

I love music... so I could not pick just one. We listen to everything from southern rock to classical so I don't think that I could even begin to break it down. But here's a sampling of what we like.

Steve Perry and Journey... Love his voice - Wheel in the sky.... really all of their music
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Simple Man
Areosmith -Steven Tyler... What a range...hitting those high notes... and such a bad boy...Dream on, Sweet Emotion... to many to list..
George Strait - Anything - but Troubadour, and the Fireman are special... I have seen him in concert he was on my list.
Sir Elton John - He was on my list and I have seen him in concert... Just amazing... Can not choose a song...
Kid Rock- All summer long we listen to this on the boat... sets the course for a day out on the water..
Govi - new age ... seen him in concert and would love to see him again... one of the coolest shows I have ever seen...check him out... amazing sound...
Bach, Beethoven, Debussy, Vivaldi, and Mozart, and Rachmaninoff are music we listen to regularly.
Celtic music.. this music speaks to me, I can close my eyes and just feel it... a wee bit of Irish in the blood...
Pavarotti, Bocelli are amazing voices... the sheer power...

I can't even begin to even think of all the music...

I think Bruno Mars is incredibly insanely talented!!!!!
Sadly, the watered down pop-slash-hiphop crap he is putting out is a huge waste of talent.
Too bad he won't give up the lame mainstream pop/hiphop drivel, going for the mass appeal... And live up to his potential.

He's going to be doing a mini residency in Vegas. DH and I are determined to make it out there to catch his show. His live performance of Runaway Baby on the Grammys several years ago is what made me sit up and take notice. We feel like his Vegas shows have the potential to be exceptionally good because he and the band can settle in for a stretch of time and just focus on performances and daily life without the travel touring requires.

My favorite is singer is Stevie Nicks, and Fleetwood Mac rates high up there for favorite band, but I think Eagles are at the top.
