The CS lady I am dealing with seems CLUELESS!!! She has me on hold again-going on 5 minutes. I am trying to change an existing ressie during the promo time to include the free dining. Great. Just my luck...someone who does not know what they are doing

I'm all set....waited on hold for about 15 minutes...then I got some woman and she did it for me, did not even have to cancel my original ressie...I still have the same confirmation number and all that...just said she added on the dining...now i want to go to the website to see if it posted...hahahaha...I'm kind of still in disbelief!!! This lady came back and said she could not do it- I would have to cancel my ressie first and she does know and can not gaurantee me a room at the Poly. She has me on hold AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
