Sorry if there is another thread on this, I didnt see it and since the search is disabled I decided to post. So where is everyone staying and your dates?

We are hoping to go the 17th-29th of July, staying 2-3 nights at HRH and then splitting our stay between Poly and AKL. Our plans are not definate yet. But hoping to firm them up by the begining of Feb. We have PAP and really want to get one more use out of them.

Maybe a little off topic - Just a word of warning to those going in July - we stayed onsite at Universal Studios last July and we were miserable. It was absolutely the most humidity I had ever been in and we have been to Florida many times. Even the pool at our hotel was too hot to cool off in - it was one of the zero entry pools and not very deep and the water was not at all refreshing even in the deepest part. We sweated just strolling along in the daytime. The saving grace of the trip was that we had front of the line access at US and never had to wait in line. I for one would not advise going in July if you can go at any other time.

We will most likely be going mid July and staying at the Polynesian as it stands right now.

Have reservations at the Poly July 4th for 7 nights. We have never gone to Florida in the summer and this will probably be the last time we go in the summer. My DH told me that the next time I say anything about the heat we will cancel the trip.

We have been to WDW in July and August and the heat does not bother us

We are going July 19 til 26th! Will be at ASMO 7/19-7/22, and FW cabin 7/22 til 26th. We were just at WL in Dec. for 30th! It was wonderful! MVMCP was great! Everyone should go at Xmas once! Will be looking LGR in July.

We will be at the Contemporary July 13-19. Me my DW our Triplet daughters and my inlaws.

Hello,
We're staying at the Polynesian 7/21-7/26. This is not our first time staying in the summer. It's hot!!! No other words for it. Try doing the parks at night. Hot or not, it's still Disney. Gotta love it!!!

We love the summer. Never do the parks in the afternoon. Great pool or shopping time. We are at sea world 9-13 then the beach club 13-18 and OKW 18-23. THis is the best time to be able to do everything, parks (early morning and at night, they are beautiful at night and cool), the resorts pool in the afternoon or shopping in air conditioning, and then back in the parks at night. You still get around 8 hours in the park per day, plenty for me. I love the pool and their frozen Pina Coladas. My kids are older so its easier but we have been doing this for over 12 years. Also the suitcase is smaller, only have to pack for HOT weather.

We are not going this July (for the first time since 1999) but I just wanted to say it is the BEST time to be in WDW!!!

Aloha

Steve

July 12th-19th at FW in a cabin.
I have never been in the summer and am partly terrified of the weather and crowds. But, we live in Dallas suburb and in years past the temperature and humidity have been same or less in WDW as it is here. Granted a don't spend all day every day out in it but I do spent a lot on time in the yard so I think I will be ok.

We are going in July, I'm not sure which hotel yet. Depends on AP rates. Last year we got a good rate at Poly, hopping for a good rate at CONT this year. Last year we went in July and LOVED it. Everthing open and parks open later. I wish the AP rates for summer would come at we are getting excited and ready for ressies:)

We are planning on July. We were going to go at the end of May, but I forgot about an event we must attend, so July it is! Hoping to book Poly, but it will depend on codes and this year's IRS refund, lol! We've gone in July before, even with little kids, going early in the morning, taking a nap in the afternoon and showering, then back out in the evening, it worked great!
