Who is going in August?

I'll be there with my family to celebrate my 40th! Aug. 20-23 CBR, just me and the girls, and then the 23rd to the 30th at the YC with the whole gang!


I can't wait to turn 40!!!!

Me Too!! We'll be there from August 5 to August 22. August 6-13 at the Poly Concierge (thanks FT package!!) and August 13-22 at our "home" at OKW. Hope to see some of you!!!

My 14 year old son and I will be there August 2nd - 9th at the All Star Music Resort. I just made the reservations today!! It's a spur of the moment trip. We are looking forward to going!

We're in - Aug 16-25 at BWV. We can't wait and DSs (9 and 8 don't know we're going yet). Am ready for summer and a high of 68 on Memorial Day weekend ain't exactly right...

Those August hours can't come soon enough! I need something to direct all tis pent up vacation energy too and can't do anymore planning either until I see what those hours are.

The opening of Mission Space and the FT package should make it an interesting month to be in the world.

We are also going in August 17-22! We are staying next door at the Yacht Club and it's out first time on Disney property. Really looking forward to it and counting down the days!

We'll be in disney Aug. 3-13. We'll be staying at BCV 2 BR. where we plan on going to MGM & Epcot, and walk the Boardwalk,and spend time at SAB. Next, we leave Aug.7,for OKW,where we plan to go to Downtown disney, MK,BB,outlet mall,mini-golf and resort hopping.

As far as the rain goes in Aug.,it's unpredictable, last year I think it poured rain every afternoon into the evening except for one sunny day. One year we only had those brief heavy rains during the afternoons. Several years back we were in Disney for hurricane Erin (much to our surprise), followed by tropical storms.

Even if it rains,put on your yellow poncho and have fun in the rain,after all it's only water. Eventually the sun does return

August 25 (dd's 4th bday!) until August 29 at the Contemporary and then the Polynesian!

Only a month away! Should I start packing?? Oh I am so anxious, what to do to pass the time?

BTW this is mine and dd's FIRST DISNEY TRIP!

Needed to get out of Texas and fly into Florida to see my best man for a weekend. That'll be August 22-25. We'll drive into Orlando on Saturday morning, and leave Sunday evening, so I can catch the early plane back to Austin on Monday. I'm not real sure we'll go to a park-but my wife did ask me to search for a brer frog. It could be a lesson in futility, but I'll at least make an attempt at DTD. I'm more leaning into scoping out POR for our family vacation in May 2004. Then again, it would be tough not to go to Epcot and ride Mission Space, though I'm not looking forward to "hurling". If I can just remember to look straight forward at the screen; and not close my eyes. I'm thinking of traveling incognito and preparing a "state of the union report" of WDW upon my return. I could just see me standing there, and some lady from Michigan comes up and hugs me-out of the blue-you must be stego from the DIS! My buddy would DEFINETLY look at me funny.
