Interesting. I was not aware of that. Was Miami not as successful as they had hoped for?My understanding is that DCL won't be sailing out of Miami anymore once the new terminal is done at Port Everglades.

It'll be the un-named purchased ship or the Wonder if I had to guess. The to be named ship was already designed for the Asian market. And the Wonder is already in the Pacific and lately she has done the more exotic sailings. For what little it is worth, our head server on our December Magic Cruise said DCL was definitely going to be putting a ship in Asia soon. He wasn't sure which one, but he seemed certain it would happen and said it was a big deal to the crew b/c so many were from that area so it was easier to get home. He seemed really excited about it.
The Dream is scheduled to go to PE after its Europe and New York sailings. So it sounds like PE is the Dream's home for a while.Yes one full time beginning in 2023 and one seasonal beginning in 2025.
Port Everglades gave them a good deal with a special DCL terminal.Interesting. I was not aware of that. Was Miami not as successful as they had hoped for?
And, close to FLL airport, local hotels, seems like a good get for all.Port Everglades gave them a good deal with a special DCL terminal.
Stop I can only get so excitedThey might want to move a ship to New York part of the year for cruises to the Canadian Maritime provinces and Bermuda. Maybe the Fantasy if it goes to Miami.
