YM - What a sweet dog!!! And doing well, it sounds.

Pozey - How was Courtney's orthopedist appt? My girl has gone to EOOC a couple times, they're great! Is that who you used?

2xcited - I didn't see the Giada show - I watch her only occasionally, but I LOVE toasted ravioli. I never understood why you can get it as an appetizer, but you can't order it as an entree?? I've made it at home a time or two - yummy!

:wave2: everybody!

2xcited2slp, I got a lime green Mickey antenna topper for the rental car (plus another for my collection).
I have been having problems with the site also. I can't stand the new search feature; it isn't working at all. The banana still refuses to dance!

lyzziesmom, it is a Cafe Latte.
I'm sorry about your dream, but at least you got your makeup to safety!

But her momma got the message loud & clear!

I didn't offend you, did I?? Cuz I can't decifer your tone here. If I did, the Pin-cess is sorry. :) I promise I'll be on my best behavior from now on.

YM---Better late than never on the PM reply, I suppose. :badpc: :badpc: How long do you have to decide whether or not you are keeping her?? It sounds like she is doing really well with you and your family.

DznyFan--So you have had toasted ravs. I'm glad you like them. I remember when we were in high school and the dances would come around--homecoming, Sadie Hawkins (backwards dance--whatever) and we would all go out for dinner. The girls would always order toasted ravioli because A) they were cheap (yikes--the ravs, not us) and B) they weren't messy to eat so we would not feel like a fool in front of our dates. :rotfl2: I have no idea why they are only on the appetizer menu. Maybe because they are so rich after a while?? I would still order them for my main meal, maybe with a salad. Now I'm hungry.

I must run now and make some phone calls----one to-----guess---------WDW!!!!! Just need to confirm a couple of things--that and I want to hear the on-hold music. good thing they have a 1-800#. Zip-a-de-do-da, zip-a-de-ay, my oh my what a wonderful day. Plenty of sunshine heading our way.................................... :rolleyes1

Have a good day and I'll catch you all later.

No no, pin-cess, I wasn't offended! I just meant the message was received! :listen: What, you mean you can't hear my tone when I type? Don't bother with the best behavior, where's the fun in that? :teeth:

Hi everyone!!

YM: Ohhh, that doggie is adorable!! I think Sophie is a great name! I hope things work out and you get to keep her. Tell her Ruby says hi!!! :wave2: :teeth:

Lyzziesmom: Lyzzie is so adorable :) I'm so glad she liked the Tinkerbell colors. Boys don't understand decorating, do they? (Sorry Pozey :teeth: ) Speaking of Johnny Depp, what is the Ninth Gate? (Is that what its called?) I remember watching a movie with him about Jack the Ripper. Needless to say, I was quite tramatized after that whole movie.... Is that the one?

2xcited: I'm glad you had a nice lunch with your sissy! Now I'm craving toasted ravoli. YUUUM. I have to say though, that DH & I have been eating out WAY TOO much so I am trying to cut down. I have a WDW trip to save for! Thanks for the apple pancakes!

DonnaLeah: Your already getting packed for 'our' honeymoon??!!! Girl, you are WAY ahead of me!! Thanks for the motivation! But I have already started a packing list.

Speaking of ME tags, you guys know that I got mine. So I got 4 luggage tags..Since this new thing with flying where you can't bring liquids on, I have to pack my make-up and everything..(I usually carry it on..) I've never used ME so I don't know. Could I just not put the luggage thing on 1 bag that I'll need for that night (we have 8pm reservations at Le Cellier) and have them deliver the other 3? Does that work? Do they allow you to bring luggage on the bus? I know I'll want to freshen up and I want to have some clothes, make-up, etc. with me. Just wondering. :sunny:

Amber,

I was just at the Disney Store this weekend and I saw soo many cute things. Did you see that shirt thats black, and has the witch from Sleeping Beauty on it? I want it! (I know its bad, but I always liked the villans too.)

Hopefully I can get it before my trip! I was trying to not spend too much money and now I regret not getting it!

Ashley- You don't have to put a tag on the one you want to pick up. That way they know to leave it there. When I use ME, I plan on not putting the tags on our luggage because we will be landing at around 10pm and getting to POP around 11 or 11:30pm. I don't want to have ME dropping my luggage off really early in the morning! And plus, I wouldn't have everything I would need for the night.

Boy, I just had a long phone call myself...and it didn't involve disney music...darn. ;)

Hey Dznyfan...I remembered you rescued a Golden Retriever right? This would be more of a dump and run rescue but she looks like she has been taken care of???

Ashley...I was thinking about the whopper...my kids would get a big hoot out of going to get a whopper for the dog. I'm not sure about the bags because we have never done the transportation. I'm wondering about powder or a bronzing blush, eyeliner, and a solid lip gloss or lipstick?? Just trying to think of some things they would let you carry on so you could spruce up a little before hitting the restaurants...after all it will be a picture fest...we have to look good. :goodvibes

Thanks Nicole one vote is good enough(oops two votes..thanks Ashley)...the boys seem to like Sophie too. :thumbsup2 Oh...only 36 days... :woohoo:

pozey...hope all is well with the arm...we've used the Bone and Joint clinic but I hear there is a peds person at EOOC...Dzny fan did you daughter see a pediatric specialist or adult?

Donna...what time did the bus come today?

Ok...people...I need to go exercise and can't get motivated. Like I haven't exercised since June. :sad2: This is day four of school and I just keep saying I need another day to relax.... :rotfl: SOMEONE say something to motivate me. :yay:

Thanks Nicole!

So do you just put the luggage under the bus or does the driver do it for you? I guessing you tip the driver, right? (If they handle your luggage)?
How much do you tip?? I just want to be prepared. :)

YM:
Yep, Ruby sure does love her Whoopers. :teeth: I have to watch though, she is getting pretty chunky!

I need motivation to exercise, too. As I've said before, I started 'training' for my trip so I would feel good during the whole thing, and my knee got injured, it sure has been hurting me! Even during this past weekend when we went to the mall, and grocery shopping, etc. it was hurting me then! I'm getting worried.

Usually during the day, while DH is at work, I say to myself, "Ok, I'm going to the gym TONIGHT! No excuses!" and then the night comes, and I'm too tired.. :confused3 I only have 31 days left, if I start walking some now, it would definitely help!! I need the motivation too!

Ashley- They put your luggage underneath the bus. I guess $1 or 2 per bag is okay. I plan on tipping $5 since we will be bringing our luggage down (We will have 2 pieces). I hope that's enough. What do you think? Should I tip more?

$5 sounds good to me. :confused3

I have no idea, I've never been good with things like this. Its not like he's bring the luggage TO your room, so I think $4-$5? Am I cheap? What about for one bag? I wish I had a set price in my mind of how much ME would cost, then I could just tip 20%, like I do in resturants.

Ashley, I really hope your knee holds up for you. We had a great plan for taking walks as a family our last trip but didn't follow through. The good new is we still did fine....even my 5 year old. I don't think we used a stoller at all. I would just make it a point to plop down anywhere you can to take some of the weight off the knee...and avoid the shows that you stand up in if you can. Maybe some pixie dust is in order.... pixiedust: pixiedust:

Thanks YM.

I was actually walking before the knee injury because by the 4th or 5th day in past trips, my calf (calve?) muscles hurt so bad! Thats what I wanted to avoid. The knee thing just adds on to the pressure! I'm going to bring my heating pad (do you think they are allowed in hotels? Of course I would turn it off when I leave and only leave it on for probably 20 mins at a time).

I just need to do like you said, and sit down and relax when I can.

Okay, I'll tip $5. For one bag, I guess $3? That sounds about right. Do you plan on tipping extra on the FDDP? Everyone help us! We can't decide how much to tip!

Oh, dear. Another thing to think about. FDDP? Is that the dining plan? My brain is working slow today...

If thats what you are talking about, I think I will tip extra if I get good service. I normally tip 20% or more at resturants if I get a good waitress/waiter. Since the dining plan only tips 18%, I'll probably put down a couple dollars. What about you??

BTW, I think $3 sounds about right for one bag, too.

I'm sure most people aren't even going to tip though! Since it is a 'free' service. :rolleyes1

Oh good, we are on the same page. :bitelip: So, where was I----oh yeah---while you were enjoying a certain two dimensional someone, I was enjoying

and no, not a picture. Just call me trouble. Are we having fun again?? :teeth: :teeth:

10 days my dear. :woohoo:

Hi Ash---Ninth Gate is a movie that JD did with Roman Polanski as the director. It is about a rare book collector (jd) who tries to find this anti-christ thingie book--I don't know. The one you are thinking about is From Hell--about Jack the Ripper. Now, keep in mind that you are speaking (or so to say) the BIGGEST chicken ever born --but when it comes to JD I will watch anything, cuz I really don't watch the movie, I just watch him. Are you worried yet?? :teeth:

One of my favorite movies of all times is Finding Neverland----and believe it or not, not because of him. It is just a wonderfully told, beautifully made movie. I can watch it over and over again and still cry like a baby. He, of course is lovely and great in it, but it is just wonderful all around. I'm sure I love it too, because it is the story of J.M. Barrie--the guy who wrote Peter Pan. If you haven't seen it---you must. The music is amazing too. Can you tell I love this movie??

p.s. I believe I tipped ME $3-5, don't remember--but I know I tipped.

YM--go exercise for me too, will ya?? Thanks babe. Luv, cupcake.

Okay, I must run now---I'll catch up later. :sunny:
