Amber,

I was just at the Disney Store this weekend and I saw soo many cute things. Did you see that shirt thats black, and has the witch from Sleeping Beauty on it? I want it! (I know its bad, but I always liked the villans too.)

Hopefully I can get it before my trip! I was trying to not spend too much money and now I regret not getting it!

Is it a part of the new artist collection (I think that's the name; it looks like sketches). If so I saw it. I have the Mickey and DH has the Grumpy and Shere Khan.

Did you see the hoodies? The characters are on the back and are fuzzy. I want the Minnie.

I have to stop myself from buying things or else I won't have any money for WDW. I have been reasoning though that if I buy things here I won't need to get anything there (yeah right).

Thanks for the suggestion on Finding Neverland! I saw it on On Demand the other day and contemplated watching it. I think I'll watch it today. :sunny:

Oh, dear. Another thing to think about. FDDP? Is that the dining plan? My brain is working slow today...

If thats what you are talking about, I think I will tip extra if I get good service. I normally tip 20% or more at resturants if I get a good waitress/waiter. Since the dining plan only tips 18%, I'll probably put down a couple dollars. What about you??

BTW, I think $3 sounds about right for one bag, too.

I'm sure most people aren't even going to tip though! Since it is a 'free' service. :rolleyes1

Yes, I mean the dining plan. I will tip extra for good service. Alright, it looks as though we have our tipping strategies down! :thumbsup2 (that's a thumb!)

I only saw an Eeyore hoodie. I would love a Minnie one! Actually, I love all hoodies. They are my favorite thing to wear, so comfy. :cloud9: The shirt I'm talking about was black with a gold outline of the wicked queen. I wonder what she would say if I saw her at Disney and she saw me wearing that shirt. :bitelip:

I tell myself I wont have to buy stuff at Disney too! Of course, I have one whole day set aside to shop at Downtown Disney. :rolleyes1 :dance3:

Me? Stop obsessing? Did he forget I am a Libra?

Hi Linda!!! Don't worry, I plan on taking lots and lots of pics!

To be honest, I'm worried about my trip coming up so fast, because then before I know it, it will be over. :guilty:

I love hoodies too. I 'think' I saw that shirt, but I will have to go back and check. ;)

I will be spending my first day at Disney shopping. I am also thinking of hitting the outlets.

I forgot to mention that it is based on true events from Mr. Barrie's life and how he came about to write Peter Pan. It takes place in London in the early 1900's (1904, I believe) so it is very much a period film. Kate Winslet plays Sylvia Llewelyn Davies, a widow with four boys (five in real life) and her friendship that forms with James Barrie and how he sees the story through their events together. It is beautifully done, showing his "writer's" mind from real life to make-believe.

I do hope you like it--as I said it is one of my absolute favorites!!!! It is a bit sad though, so be prepared.

p.s. the music, as I said before is such a magical addition to each scene. :sunny:

Sad news.

They took Finding Neverland off On Demand. :guilty: I'll have to rent it. I definitely will, I've always wanted to see it.

I'm watching Pretty Woman instead.

She saw Dr. Rahal, and I can't recall the doc for the most recent - a "pain in the neck" haha!! But - both were adult docs. She spent some time there doing PT for the neck. PT at home for the knee.

Aww, man!!!! Now you'll just have to rent it.

I do like Pretty Woman, though.

"pretty woman, walking down the street, pretty woman,..............I don't know the rest--at least not now."

I MUST GO NOW!! time is a-tickin' away.

Bye bye for now :wave2:

Hey linda...I fell the same way. I'm hoping for Oct or Nov 07 and I'm still scheming in my mind (right Donna) about a little late winter or spring girls trip or even dragging my DH without the kids(maybe a 4 nighter)...it's ok to scheme...right. :teeth: :woohoo:

Amber I think I want one of those hoodies too...sounds lovely.

Hey 2xcited...you motivated me. I took a little jog...but we have a bakery around the corner so by the time I made it home I had a little powdered sugar on my shirt. :lmao:

Ashley I have a quick story for you. Our Dec 03 trip I was about 8 weeks post-ankle sprain...still had swelling and pain. I ended up having surgery on it about a year later. Ok...the point I'm trying to make is that I know it bugged me some but there's something about Disney that will help dull the pain. That was my all time FAVORITE trip. Just some postive thought for you. :flower3:

Thanks YM. That helps. I know it will be a fantastic trip no matter what!! :lovestruc

Holy cannoli, I go to lunch and I have TWO PAGES to catch up on! Aren't we just a bunch of busy bees today?

Hive%20of%20Busy%20Bees.jpg

I actually recorded Finding Neverland on my DVR about a month and a half ago, and I have yet to watch it. I'd better hop to it, or it'll get erased when we move! We started to watch it, but Lyzzie lost interest because JD wasn't in his pirate getup pirate: and Emma was upset because we weren't watching Bear or the Wiggles. And when Emma's upset, there is no tv watching by anyone! It's hard to hear over "Bear! Bear! Bear! Watch! Bear! 'Mote! (remote) TV! Bear! BEAR! BEAR! BEEEEEAAAAARRRRRRR!!!!!" Maybe I'll get to it tonite after the kiddos are asleep, if I don't fall asleep too.

My folks are driving me crazy! A while back I ordered clothes with matching prints for me & the girls from disneyshopping.com. A romper for Emma, a dress for Lyzzie, and a shirt for me. When they arrived, they came with a flyer for the Disney Visa and my dad decided to get one to get the $25 off an order, and get the matching shirt & dress for him & my mom. Well they needed to get something else to meet the minimum order amount, and they won't tell us what they ordered!! Just that it's a surprise for the whole family. All I can think of is that they got custom tshirts? I scoured the site and didn't really see anything else that would be for all of us. Now the different outfits with the matching prints I'm ok with... but if they bought matching tshirts for all of us that's seriously toeing the line between cute & corny. I'll let you all know when I find out what it is! I'm hoping it's something for the house... they have adorable Mickey stuff: a doorknocker, doorbell plate, and mailbox that I'd love to have!!

Back to work for this busy bee, I just didn't want to get too far bee-hind!

Hey Girls,

Look what I found!

I thought you girls might enjoy this picture of Pozey, er, I mean Johnny Depp, when he was younger. :teeth:

Very nice, Ashley! Is it creepy if I say he was adorable even then?
