Hello Everyone!!

I haven't stopped by in a few days, so I have a lot of reading to catch up on.

I hope everyone is doing well. I had a rough weekend, so it's hard to want to work now (so instead, I'll get on the DIS)

2xcited2slp- Loved POC... ds5 sat perfectly through the whole thing. The whole weekend on 2 screens was still sold out. Wanted to take him last weekend but he ended up getting sick. I didn't feel good but that wasn't going to stop me !! Outback was delicious as usual. Brought my leftovers for lunch today. I usually only have dessert at WDW on the dining. I love them...just always way too full!!! We've taken them home a few times...I'll have to do that sometime. It sounds wonderuful!! You'll have to take some pix on your trip. I took 616 on our trip!!! I love my dig. camera. It is so nice to download them and post pix. I look at pix from past cruises all the time... brings back so many nice memories. That is hilarious about your mom and the security guy ... I think the dumbest think I ever said was when I was a teenager...the big thing here is Red White and Boom on July 4th...fireworks...I was watching w/boyfriend and at the end...I said "just imagine how great the REAL finally will be...and it ended up BEING the real finally....oops! I expected them to be much longer DUHHHH oops!!! Blonde moment! Oh well... you'll have that!

YourMajesty- I asked my dh about the marathon...he's like...oh yeah, the one in Dayton for a fund raiser...He knew all about it We tried to stay at SOG but they've always been booked when we've wanted to go. We didn't even get the overflow rate... maybe next time. I want to really bad. Walk over to Poly !!! Hopefully sometime soon! Hope your hip pain gets better soon!! It just sucks to be in pain. DH might sleep 3-5 hrs a night w/his back pain.

Dznyfan-... wow... it sucks to have to pay top $ for a cruise. We did that the first time too. I can't wait to sit down w/his buddy and figure out when we can go together. We might go to Hawaii too...since he has to travel w/us we might try another cruiseline too...in addition to the DCL... I NEVER thought I'd EVER say that!!!! But with the prices he gets.... we just might have to try and compare. You guys will have a great time. It is so nice to have that to look forward too!!! Laying on the beach on Castaway Cay Gotta love it!!! Have fun planning. Have you ever gone to Atlantis? On our 4 night we just did a little shopping, bought a tanzanite ring and earrings...and got back on the ship.

pozey I love Ted's! We tried Bonefish Grill on Friday evening - it was a nice seafood place - nicer than the chains like Red Lobster or Joe's Crab shack - almost an upper end place, and very good.

lindak if you have any ideas on breaks on cruise prices, let me know. We can get a little break going through AAA, instead of DCL directly and actually it's cheaper the last week of may than say, mid-june or over a holiday - just not as cheap as hurricane season or early December. We went to Atlantis this past cruise, and really enjoyed ourselves - it's a beautiful resort! Went through The Dig - I guess this one we'll probably just hang on the boat. I'd like to take a snorkeling excursion, but It'll be tough to get DH on a smaller boat out in the ocean.

pozey I love Ted's! We tried Bonefish Grill on Friday evening - it was a nice seafood place - nicer than the chains like Red Lobster or Joe's Crab shack - almost an upper end place, and very good.

Ted's is pretty much my family's favorite restaurant. Love it!

We haven't tried Bonefish Grill yet. The kids much prefer Mexican to seafood. But we'll check it out sometime.

Hi everyone. Good Afternoon!

60 days til my Disney trip! It doesn't sound as good as DonnaLeah's countdown tough!

I'm actually feeling anxiety that it is so close! We have to get Ruby spayed because she is going to be taken to a doggie day care type place for the week. We've been there once, when we went to a Pug meet and thought it looked nice and the owners sounded nice. Now that I read that post about doggie kennels on the Community board, I am getting nervous!!! But since we don't have any relatives in the area, we don't have any other options for her. The only thing I think Disney is lacking is a hotel that allows pets. I really like how Universal's allows them and I don't want to go to the Disney kennel to walk her acouple times a day, that just seems like a big hassle. I also have to book the shuttle to the airport, get new contacts, etc. so it will be stressful getting all that stuff done!

Nothing new happening here. Last night we rented Pirates of the Caribbean: The Legend of Jack Sparrow video game. DH likes to play them occasionally (as in, when I let him ) and this one you can play with 2 players. Its pretty fun! The music is great and gets you pumped up. Totally different story line than the first movie though!

2xcited: No, this wasn't my first time getting my eyebrows done. I go about once a month because my eyebrows grow so fast. $25! Well I wouldn't mind paying that much if it was a good job. At the little place I go to, its $33 for both a pedicure and an eyebrow wax, lol!!

I wish I only had that long until my trip. I have 121 days! At times it seems like forever away and then other times I feel like I don't have enough time to plan.

My DH and I booked a royal caribbean cruise for half price through a site called 11th hour. It is scheduled for this coming May. It seems legit and they charged the credit card.Just another site to think about.

I have no idea if I will be able to keep this job or not as I got it through a temp agency. The lady there still had not called me, and now I'm terrified that Iwill lose the job.Sometimes life really is a bummer.

I am so sorry about your panic attack. I have had those before, and it really is terrifying. Was it something about this job? This is a new job for you right? I hope everything turns out ok.

The cruise sounds great. I thought those 1/2 price places were for cruises that were almost immediate. So you would need a lot of flexiblity at work to do it. But yours is in May. That may be something to look into if we decide to do it someday.

My Disney countdown is 23 days I am so excited. I keep wanting to start packing.

I got an email from DH. He made it to China safely and is now sleeping. I have started on the bathroom. I have spackled that walls and have the first coat of paint/primer on the vanity cabinet. Of course I think there is more paint on me. I am really bad at this.

Time for a second coat. I'm going in!!!!

Oh no, sorry to hear about the panic attack! Hopefully the temp agency will be able to smooth things over for you. I worked through an angency on & off for years, they were great! I once got a flat tire on the way to my 1st day of work (not thru the agency) and I just called them immediately and it turned out ok. But I know the feeling... even though you know there was nothing you could do about it, they might see it differently. Good luck!

I wish I could go on a DCL cruise. Or any cruise for that matter. My last cruise was Jan. 2004 for my wedding, which quickly went horribly awry, and I honestly don't remember much of that whole period of my life. So... I'd love to start over with newer better cruise memories! Ahhh, maybe next year.

My mom called, the house had another offer. Apparently the bank that owns the house told the selling agent 2 offers was enough and they just wanted to take the higher one (not ours). The selling agent said they had to at least let us know & adjust our offer, since ours was put in first. So.. my folks must REALLY want this house because they upped their offer to full asking price plus $50, just in case the other offer was for full price. We have been promised a decision by the end of the day. I'm so nervous I can't even think about anything else!!

I took my car in today...check engine light on for a month and it was just a simple thing and was free how often does that happen?Usually they try to rip us off and get $ from us somehow...was a nice surprise!

Well, I had to take in paperwork to the temp agency to prove that I really did have my wisdom teeth pulled out but I can keep the job!!! I am so relieved as I really need the job, it's the same hours as my DH, and the same place just different depts. Now I'm terrified that I will have another panic attack tomorrow! Please send pixie dust and prayers. I know this may seem dumb to some but it is extremely scary to me and a big possibility!Thanks for everyones concern. It seems that I am having lots of problems right now but hopefully it's over and I can helpother dissers in their time of need. Thanks for letting me vent as I've been crying all day because of being so worried!
