DonnaLeah-Wow! That is something to be happy about. I've never stayed at the Doubletree Suites but all of the Universal Resorts are beautiful IMO. Make sure you write a trip report when you get back so we can dream we were there with you!!!

My internet is working for the time being..cross your fingers because I really have to get some school work done! I don't want to be a week behind.

Anything new going on with anyone? Nothing new here, I'm pretty dull.

On the subject of Orlando...

I never really saw the appeal, but last week I saw him on Regis&Kelly. I thought he was really witty and cute. Now I am a fan of his (I could take him or leave him before.)

Plus I think him and Kate Bosworth make a cute couple.

Orlando is cute, but I MUCH prefer Mr. Depp. He was my very first crush! He is just amazing!

I really liked POTC2. DH wants to go see it again, so I am thinking we might go again this weekend. We never go to the movies (we just wait until they come out on DVD, then buy them) but we went to see Pirates as my early birthday gift. I think I can force myself to go again.

I also think Orlando Bloom is cute, but compared to Johnny Depp..... he is sooo gorgeous! What's funny is that I only like JD in POTC. Not in any other movie of his. I guess it's the eyeliner that does it for me!

Thanks for all of the well wishes. I am feeling better this morning but ended up rescheduling my doctors appt. The treatments I get always give me a horrible headache and I decided I had enough of that this weekend. So, instead I will go this Thursday and two days next week. Yay.

I am so glad I am in the midst of so many Johnny D. fans. He is the absolute MOST for me. My heart goes aflutter when I see him or even hear his voice!! Yes, I am, as they (or someone) say(s) "over the moon" for him. Hi Johnny, hi.

Just checking in... been dealing with DH & his recovery from the surgery on his feet

Getting back to work tomorrow - thankfully!

We were supposed to see POTC2 today but we were running around with Drs, xrays etc.. so I think we'll do it next weekend instead...

Don't get me wrong Orlando is a cutie but I think I'm too old for him! Johnny Depp is more my speed!

I just got back from POTC2 and I loved it. I can't wait for the third one now. I was surprised how packed the theater was. I knew they're would be some people but I just didn't expect so many on a Monday afternoon.

We were planning to see POTC2 over the weekend, but didn't. MY DH and DS7 are leaving for Phoenix in a few days, maybe I'll go by myself!!! That'll show 'em!!

DS14 was riding his bike to a friends house this afternoon. The phone rang and it was him saying he had been hit by a car but was fine. He was very hard to understand. First he said he got hit, then he changed it to he hit a car. He keep telling me that he was OK. I was like an idiot and just kept saying "WHAT!!!" Then he put a woman on the phone who said she stopped when she saw the accident and that he was fine and the woman who hit him wanted to bring him home. I said no we would be there in 2 minutes. This was only a couple of blocks from home. Luckily DH took today off work so he was able to go with me.

We got there and he was fine. The woman that hit him was getting more hysterical by the minute. I felt really sorry for her. The only damage seemed to be to his bike. Apparently he was crossing the street. She was stopped at a stop sign and didn't see him, he said he thought she did see him, and decided to pull out. She caught his front tire and pulled the bike out from under him.. Somehow he was never knocked off his feet. She ran over the bike, realized what she did and backed over it again.


She kept saying that she felt bad about his bike and wanted to buy him a new one. We said no. We were so grateful that no one was hurt. She had no damage to her SUV and he was at least partially responsible since he rode out in front of her car.

I am just so thankful that he is not hurt. Someone was watching out for him today.
