Chase was very upset this morning because he came to the realization that he will not get to see his Jessica (councilor he had a crush on) anymore. Jessica assured him that she would be back next summer.

Pozey---well, the outside looked done but as soon as she started cutting into it----just imagine. She even said, "oh, I hope it's done". You know me (well, maybe you don't, but you get the picture), I was cringing inside. The crust was a brownie sort of thing and the top was the cheesecake. I had to laugh because I even asked her if it recently came out of the oven because the brownie was still warm. "No", she said, "it's been in the fridge for quite a while now." I then inserted my foot a little further into my mouth. I think all of us were trying to be polite-----have you ever seen the Friends episode where Rachel made the trifle or something--the layers of sweet yummy goodness and all of a sudden you get to beef. I'm pretty sure all of our faces (or at least mine) looked like that. big smile while chewing. We have one guy in our spa and he was sitting across the table from me and he was "stirring" his---and shooting me these "looks". I didn't eat a whole lot of it because I was a tad afraid that it would lay like a brick later. You gotta love her for trying, though. The rest of the dinner was lovely. Pizza and salad and WINE.

Colten's scar doesn't sound bad at all--when he gets older he can just tell the chicas he was in a fight.
I've heard good and bad about Mederma--the scar ointment---see what your dr. says.


Linda--ONE MORE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting so excited for you!!!! Lots of hugs, I'm sure. What time will he be home?? Morning or evening?? And the wedding is Saturday?? You'll have to let us know what fun you had for Kenny's homecoming.

ONE MORE DAY!!! He will be home at 3pm then we race off to the mall for his final tux fitting, and off to the wedding rehearsal at 5pm!! Then the rehearsal dinner! Sat is the wedding...and then he goes back to his dads Sun. from 8:30am-6pm because they want to finish their "vacation time" !!! This will be the 3rd wedding Kenny has been in so he's a pro..and everyone thinks he's so darn adorable

Yes, the first day of school wasn't as exciting as I "thought" it would be. My younger son is very reserved so if everyone else is excited he will bring out his best frown...don't know where in the world he would get that from.

Hi everyone!

Well I woke up to a surprise today!! DH called me to wake me up, just to tell me he couldn't be on the phone because he was making collection calls now. OOOOKAAY. So I come out here, get my Coke (Thanks for the yummy cinnamon rolls Donna! oooh no..Another craving now..) and I open my laptop lid and in there is....

MY MAGICAL EXPRESS TAGS!!! YAY!

I was SO EXCITED because I've been checking the mail EVERY SINGLE DAY to see if I got anything from Disney or my travel agent (I use the MouseForLess Travel.) This is the first thing I've gotten!!

Then I got an email saying, "Oh, did you like your surprise? I went and walked down to the mail box to check this morning because you forgot last night and I didn't want you to wait all day to see if we got it" (He has our only mail key). HMMM, He is sucking up! What did he do that's bad that he's waiting for me to find out??

SO I'M SO EXCITED! Only 36 more days til my trip. But there is one problem..United has changed my flight two times already (and never told me, of course, I was just checking my itenirary [Lyzziesmom, I cannot spell that word) online) and apparently they changed the flight # for one of the flights too, so Disney has the wrong flight # for the flight from Orlando to home. Is that a big deal? I emailed my travel agent to tell her.

Amber: Did you make your decision yet? If I read the post right, I think I would choose the one where I have the dining plan all the time. The dining plan just seems so convienent to me! DH & I stayed at Allstar Sports in November 2004 and we really liked it! We thought the food court had great choices, and when we rode the bus, we didn't stop at the other resorts because the busses would be full. Since your going in November too, I doubt you'd stop at the other All Star's all the time..

2xcited: Sleeping with your head where your feet should be? I used to do that all the time, but now my husband wouldn't like it very much..he already says I hog the bed too much!

Yes, it is an all day camp. And they decided they wanted to continue going throughout the school year. They take them to school and go pick them up afterwards. For the past couple of years they had gone to B&A Connections (before and after care right at the elementary school). But they enjoyed the Boys and Girls Club so much they wanted to go there during the school year.

SO I'M SO EXCITED! Only 36 more days til my trip.

I am so jealous. We went to Disney in May, and we don't have another vacation scheduled. I want to go to Disney!!

I am pretty sure I got them at Sports Authority at 71st and Hwy 169. I can't remember for sure. I have bought them some of the compression shirts at both Academy and at Sports Authority.

Every once in awhile I can find some shirts on sale at both Academy and Sports Authority. But not very often.

Academy has some compression type shirts made by BCG (or something like that), that are a little cheaper (sometimes MUCH cheaper) than Under Armour and Nike. And they will have them on sale often.

I also have to throw this in........Colton turned 10 in April. When we bought them new shoes for school a couple weeks ago.......I had to buy him size 8 tennis shoes!! And sometimes, I have to get him Adult Small shirts.

YourMajesty: I have Schwinn Skyliner, purchased at Walmart. I also got a computer that has a speedometer, odometer, clock. I have a rack pack so I can pack things like snacks, water/Propel, notebook, binoculars, Sudoku book, pencil, sharpener, a small pump etc lol. Now just need to get a headlight.

As for the caffine. When I use to drive home from work, and would almost fall asleep at the wheel, because I would be staying up til 11pm to midnight, then be up at 5:30am. Problem is I would usually not get to sleep for a few hours, so the daily 3 or 4 hrs sleep just was not good. Now I can stay awake at work, on the drive home. But then I also end up in bed and asleep by 8pm . This is because I am at work anywhere from 5am to 6am, though it doesn't start till 7am. I am allowed OT, and I just like working the OT in the morning, than stay till 5 or 6 at night.

2xcited2slp: My big weight loss was not from the bike riding. Back in 2002 I was lost my job of 13 1/2 yrs (place closed, long story). So for 20 months prior to getting my current job, I was doing on/off temp jobs. My last temp job before getting this current one, was at the Limited's shipping warehouse here in Columbus. Never knew I could sweat like crazy in the middle of winter!!. I worked there about 3 months, at the end, lost 20lbs. The other 20lbs was lost before, after I had a scare at the doctors. Went in for something (sheesh, mind like a sieve lol). Anyways they took blood, and came back saying I had type 2 diabietes (I think that is the one), where the doctor just told me to go on a diet etc. Well we found out it was a false alarm.......I had a huge dinner the night before...They forgot to tell me not to eat I think like 12 hrs before. I don't go to the Dr's very much lol. But after that, I started walking the dog everyday, cut back on pop (I think cutting back on that caffinated pop in the evening helped).

But now I am at a plateau again, just need to loose another 10lbs to make my first weight loss goal I have had since I was in H.S. Thus the bike!


As for WDW....I AM BOOKED!!. For Oct 2007, at Ft Wilderness, for 13 nights!

Amanda I agree with the other posters it sounds like you should go for ASSp and get on the dining plan. We had Cape May breakfast June'05 and really enjoyed it. I liked getting pictures of the characters in the beach getup, the food is delicous of course. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.

Melwood23 Just listening to your routine makes me tired I use to have a really good workout routine and now, well here I am typing away

Hi everyone!

I just had to share my good luck tonight! It seems the pixie dust is getting sprinkled all over me for my upcoming trip!

Today DH was carpooling with his co-worker like he normally does. They switch back and forth now, since we got the new car, since we live so far away from the job and this way the cars don't get so many miles put on them.
Anyway-DH was talking to his co-worker about our trip, and how we got a digital camera, and how we still need a memory card. Well the man was talking about how he has a friend that works at a store called MicroCenter (I've never heard of it, have you guys?) and he got a 1 GB memory card for $16.99. Well thats a GREAT deal so they agreed they'd go to the store after work. Well they went, and his co-worker's friend gave him a coupon for a FREE 1 GB memory card!! He used it right then I am so excited! We need to save all the money we can and I saw these same cards at Target for $60!!!

It allows 264 pictures with my camera. If we take more than that, we can just upload the pictures on a cd like Amber suggested. I'm also bringing a regular camera with some film! I'm sooo excited!

Just had to share!

P.S. Amber, do you have to bring your own CD when you go and upload them? Or is the CD included in the $12?
