Ashley- Too bad my sister doesn't work at Fredrick's anymore, I could have gotten you her discount on their bras, I swear by their X bras! (Sorry I'm sure ya'll didn't want to hear that!)

Everyone got really good deals at TDS! I was in there yesterday, but didn't buy anything!

I just went to the mall yesterday and while we were there, we bumped into some friends and had dinner with them.

Off to go bake a cake for my dad.

Linda, good luck with the sale of the duplex!!! As for your mattress question: I have a ruptured disc between L4 and L5, and on my home mattress I have to sleep on my side or I'm in horrible pain the next day. Old Key West beds? I stretch out on my back and snooze the night away and feel great afterward! I LOVE their mattresses and pillows.

Thank you. I'm getting pretty excited. wow..the beds at the DVC resorts are great...it's a done deal then! ruptured disc, oh man!! Mike has 3 or 4 degenerative discs along w/tons of other problems thanks to his career in the military but, the therapy has helped some. It isn't quite as bad if he does his stretches and elliptical every day. Plus his sleeping habits he's usually up around 3:30 and goes to the LR to watch tv...so the 1 bdrm would just be so perfect and more comfortable for all of us. as he was opening his fathers day gift he asks me...so when do you want to go back to wdw ummmm...next week? ok, maybe Dec or whenever we can get a decent fare on Skybus. here's hoping!!! I take my tempurpedic pillow everywhere w/me too.

Well...is everyone off to bed. That was a fast little party. I'm going to check in to the cost of a longer stay verses flying and then see what DH wants to do.

yeah...maybe SOG would be a good plan. good luck!!!

Today Jeremiah & I went to the mall and I got two new bras ( I'm not sure guys want to read about this) I got a really good deal at Macy's so I was happy.

They are having some great deals at Bath & Body Works if anybody wants to go, by the way! They are discontinuing the scent of bodywash that Jeremiah likes (he would be mad if he thought anybody knew he used bodywash from there )

Yay for getting "those" that fit! they really do make a big difference! I use to only wear VS but I would just be aching at the end of the day I finally went to Cacique and got fitted...the ones I was wearing were 2 cup sizes too small no wonder they just had NO support, too small band...you name it. These now are soooo much more comfortable and do not hurt at the end of the day at all. Ahhhh I'm so happy I finally did that!

Jeremiah uses Bath and Body huh...just wait til we see him I'm just kidding of coarse I've bought that for Mike too.

I wanted to go bra shopping too, I desperately need new ones. I only have three and they are all over a year old.

THREE...you do need to go shopping! Or I'm just REALLY bad about buying too much when I went and bought new ones...I bought like 10 of them I had to have different styles, and colors....right??? actually, if you go online and register (free) they send you great coupons! I bought them like buy one get one for $10...plus had so much off on top of that...I got a great deal!

I woke up this morning to the sound of the front door slamming shut -- not good. Scared the holy bejeepers of me.

Thankfully it was just that she saw your parents. I drill that into Kennys head too! We have an old guy 2 doors down that is on the website, they say it was w/a teen girl...but I'm not taking that chance...ever!

I forgot to mention that we got my dad a Snickers cake for Father's Day -- hey, the man is hard to shop for but he does love his sweets! -- and the kids of course can not keep a secret, so since they were here this morning we gave it to him. While I was headed to the fridge, Emma said, "Poppy, it's your Father's Day birthday so we got you a cake!"

It made a delicious breakfast.

Hi,guys!! I just baked Nathan some Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, now he is just laying on the couch being silly.

I really need to get motivated. Gary is oustside working on the lawn mower. He has requested hamburgers on the grill for his Father's Day meal. I counted the trip to Red Robin as a Father's Day present too, since I paid and all

Linda - yeah, great beds, I'm really missing that OKW mattress, I slept better than I ever do at home. Part of it might be all the walking during the day, too.... OKW floorplans (even studios) are larger than all the other ones. All the resorts except for OKW have the same floorplan - OKW's are more spacious and open. I like them a lot more than the others, personally. If I ever buy more points they'll be OKW points.

Lazy weekend for us. We just hung around and watched a movie last night, and I spent all evening setting up a myspace. DH out of town on a company sponsored fishing trip - he got in a couple hours ago. I think I'm going to watch "The Pursuit of Happyness" tonight, I hear I should keep the kleenex handy.

Ashley: I love that first picture of Ruby! We were just in Target today and they had a bunch of doggy dresses on clearance, some were called Dog Party Dresses. Lyzzie said, "What kind of a dog wears a dress to a party?" I thought of Ruby right away, she's the best dressed dog I know of!

I know Lyzzie would not have gone outside alone, especially through the front door. She always uses the garage door or the back door. My first thought was that maybe we forgot to lock the front door after my folks' visit yesterday, and I imagined a stranger in the house with his hand over Lyzzie's mouth and a gun to her head. Remember, I had just woken up and was still half-dreaming, so it was very vivid and scary!

We went to Sam's and Target today, and I spent a fortune but got such great deals!! Target had a bunch of summer stuff 75% off... it's a good thing we don't have a patio table or I'd have spent a lot more on tablecloths and dishes and stuff. I did buy a picnic blanket, a miniature golf set, a water/sand play set, a giant frisbee, some glow sticks and kid ponchos and sunscreen wipes (for WDW!), some bike spoke lights, and some patio lights, plus the necessities like tp, pullups and the new King/Bachman book and still got out of there for just under $75.00. I love Target sales! I got a scrapbook tote at Sam's full of supplies too and can't wait to look through it and see what kind of goodies it's filled with. I'm so bad at saving my money, but I got such great deals I couldn't just leave them there in the store. I guess the bra shopping will have to wait another couple weeks, because I pretty much blew my shopping budget today for this pay period. Must pay off credit cards and WDW vacation!!

That Snickers cake was really not as good as I expected. It turned out to be just a chocolate cake with cream cheese icing, with some chocolate and caramel drizzled on top and chopped peanuts on the side. Still very yummy, but just not what I was expecting at all, I mean it was mostly just plain chocolate cake. It had a little wrapped mini Snickers bar on top too, and of course the kids argued over who got to eat it. As if they don't have a whole bucket of candy still left over from Easter!

The girls are outside now playing with all their new stuff, making a huge mess and having a great time. It is hot as heck out there, but they've got the soaker hose on so they are nice and wet (in their swimsuits this time!) and keeping cool. Ahhh, to be a kid again.

Linda: Lyzzie asked for ketchup last year at WCC and then she was too shy to go around delivering it, she just kind of hid under the table. Now this year she keeps saying, "Can we go back to the place where you had to run around with the ketchup?" Go figure!

Emma wore this outfit today that used to be Lyzzie's, it's just a little blue dress with stars on it and matching bloomers. I got it out of her box of summer clothes today that I forgot I had in the back of the closet -- apparently either Emma got thinner or the elastic wore out a bit in storage, because she was walking down the aisle and Sam's and said, "Oh? My pants" just very matter-of-factly. I looked back and there she was with her bloomers around her ankles, just standing there looking surprised! It's these moments when I wish I had my camera with me at all times. My camera phone would have been too slow to catch the look on her face, it was priceless!

Well we need to head out to my folks' house for dinner in about an hour, so I hope to take a little time to read and/or nap before I have to bring the kids in and dry them off, and I just know they are going make a big stink about it. Ugh - the downside of having so much fun.

I just got a call from my dad's significant other/girlfriend (yeah, he's 84 and has a girlfriend - you go dad!), I wasn't able to reach him earlier, which is not all that unusual - well turns out he's been in the ER since 9:00 this morning with problems w/ his heart. They're admitting him for further work w/ a cardiologist. Preliminary talk is of a pacemaker. I should know more tomorrow. Please keep him in your prayers? Thanks so much, that means a lot to us.

DznyFan: Best wishes for your dad. I have a lot of faith in the pacemaker... my great-great-uncle-once-removed (or some sort of distant uncleish relative) invented the technology used to create the first pacemaker. That's my brush with fame. Well that and I used to live on a mountain owned by Larry Wilcox (the "other guy" from CHIPS). Oops, SO SORRY to get off the subject! Really, I do hope all is well with him and that he does not need any surgery, but if he does I hope it goes well so he can keep on with his girlfriend. I only hope to be still dating at that age! (Or now would be nice, even.)

Lyzzie forgot to make a card or send something to her dad for Father's Day, so I had her make a short video on my digital camera and I am trying to email it to him. The only problem is, for some reason videos come out of my camera in QuickTime mode rather than Windows Media Player and won't play on the WMP. I don't know how to fix that! I'm trying uploading to Photobucket, I hope I can just send him the link so he can see it there but I don't want him and his family to see our whole account. Wish me luck! It came out really cute, and then of course Emma had to do one too and she just repeated pretty much what Lyzzie said but she giggled & mumbled so much you can't even understand a word. I took one too of them hugging & kissing each other, but Emma was so stir-crazy tonight that she just flailed around like a fish and said, "I want to see it!"

Today has been one of those days that I'm very glad they are asleep.

I'm hoping this will work... I'm trying to post a couple of the short videos I took of the girls this evening. The first one is Emma goofing off copying her sister's father's day video card. You can't understand a word she's saying, but I love her giggling and the kiss at the end is too cute!

The other one is Lyzzie trying to hug & kiss Emma, but Emma was too wiggly and giggly to cooperate very well. For some reason, I think the way the evening light was coming in through the window next to us and since the walls are all princess pink, the whole thing came out looking really red and kind of old and weird. But I like it anyway!

I wish I could sleep- I have to get up EARLY tomorrow because I have another dentist appointment! Jeremiah made the appointment for 7 am I am not very happy about this but he did take off time Thurs & Friday so he couldn't miss any other work. This one is just to (hopefully) put a permanent filling in where the endodontist did my root canal. I really, really hope I don't need a new crown!!!

I wish I was in WDW like Michele & Lesa are!!
