Vent ahead-

What on Earth do I have to do to talk to a live human being at the IRS? I still haven't gotten my refund check and I filed a claim and now I think it's going to be mailed to the wrong address again! I just want to change my address, that's all!!! I don't want to talk to an automated system again! I just want to get it changed before they mail it out.

I know we are related, but I don't know the exact relationship.

Both my mother and grandmother have passed away and they knew our family history SO WELL. I need to do more research so that I can pass the family history information on to my kids.

My in-laws have seen this picture and they think that he (Alexander) bears a resemblance to Chase. (or visa versa) Chase has a darker complexion than both Colton and Courtney. DW said that when Chase was born, she thought he looked very Indian.

I have both Cherokee and Creek Indian blood. I am on the Cherokee rolls. I have not applied for a Creek card though.

And for you - I will have fun, I will travel safe, and I will take LOTS of pictures!! (I have to shoot some senior pics there - imagine that!)

I never thought about going through the Creek Nation to trace the geneaology. Good idea. Thanks.

Pozey - You're welcome! My dad does geneaology for his hobby, so my brain automatically thinks that direction.
Yeah, given the circumstances (that she's 'grown up' there) there's really not a more appropriate place for her senior photos. She'll have some taken here by Derek Young, too.

Well, all, I'm off - going to pack up the computer, take a Tylenol PM, finish watching Cinderella w/ DH, DD and her DBF, and grab the last bit of laundry out of the dryer. I hope to check in with ya'll sometime during the week - we'll see.

I've finally gotten motivated to put up a few of my vacation pictures. I didn't go through and do any editing, such as color correction and cropping, like I usually do but they will have to do. I did finally get them in order -- for some reason when I review them in the camera they are in the same order I took the pictures, but when they transfer to my computer they come out all out of order! I'm uploading to photobucket now and will bore you all to tears with my vacation photos in a few minutes.
