Mike and I have been discussing DVC and he is very interested in it. I'm doing some research now. I think if we do end up getting it, we will go resale.

It started because I was telling him how much Linda had been researching and he told me I should do the same. I am VERY excited!

Hey Lesa...I saw you post that Maddie is having trouble with her ashtma...what did the Dr say?

Of course it wasn't her regular Dr so to him it is just a cold and he's sure she'll be fine. I asked him about her wheezing and coughing and he said not to worry it's not that bad! That was after I told him this is how she always starts out and if I wait for it to go away she will only get worse. He asked me why I would expect it to get worse before it actually does, because it may not and she'll be fine. Her regular Dr. won't be back until Monday so I will probally have to take her back. Right now I am giving her albuterol through the neb and I upped her her pulmicort from 1 puff 2x a day to 2 puffs 2x a day. She seems to be doing better, still wheezing though.

I wanted to ask you, is your son on the new Albuterol inhaler? They gave it to Maddie and it doesn't seem to work as well. I asked the Pharmacist about it and he said he didn't have any complaints, but he traded it in for one of the regular ones he has left. I also asked the doctor if any of the other kids were having problems with it and he said no, she was probally getting the medicine just fine, just without the proppellant I didn't notice it as much through the spacer. I was talking to my friend yesterday, she has asthma, she said that she also noticed it did not work as well.

Can you tell with all the I am rather annoyed by that dr?

Of course she has been in her pj's for the last 2 days and pretty much stayed in her room reading them. I knew she was just about done when she finally got dressed about 6 last night so she could come outside and join us. I think she is dreading them ending, so she is going to make the last few chapters last at least for the night.

good morning all! I thought I'd check in and say hi before I disappear for the day. I'm off to Buffalo with my parents for the day visiting my great aunt. She was diagnosed with cancer in the spring and they just caught it too late to do anything. I probably won't see her again since I'm moving to Michigan for school in August. It's hard but at least we had warning.

My sister and her family are flying in this morning...wish me luck! I have promised to be on my best behavior!! Lilly's baptism is tomorrow and we are going to my brother's this afternoon for birthday parties so I need to get busy cleaning. I am doing tomorrow very low key. I am having everyone back to the house but we are just doing cake.

Michele - congratulations to Miss Lilly on her baptism! I didn't realize you had owned DVC for so long - isn't it wonderful? One of these days I'm going to buy more points so that it's not such a squeeze to try and do some of the Concierge Collection resorts. Our 230 serves us well for Disney, but we're borrowed into the next century because for the past few years we've done two bedrooms and one Grand Villa in early December, and boy do the points go fast! Your WDW/Vero trip sounds perfect! I haven't been able to get the family interested in Vero, but when I told Miss Erin they have surfing lessons, she suddenly got very interested in going to Vero.

Lesa - sorry to hear about your doctor woes with Maddie. ixiedust:

Pozey - should we go buy lottery tickets today?

Everybody have a great day - I've got a good friend coming over today - we're going to float around in the pool and drink some Japanese beer that she discovered while she was at Space Camp last month.

Err....I had a sleepless night. I never could get back to sleep, so I watched Benny and June at 3 this morning. At least it had Johnny Depp in it, however, not one of his better movies!

I think it will take me well into next year before I make it to book 13! Finishing book for in a week was just a fluk!!! I am so depressed, we won't be able to make it home for Lilly's baptism. There is just no way we can do it. I am so going to miss being with everyone. Please send me pictures.

I think staying at a different DVC resort each trip is a fabulous idea! We've only stayed at the Boardwalk, besides OKW. I loved it, and I'd REALLY like to stay at the Beach Club - walking to Epcot, if you know what I mean! BUT Monkey doo likes Old Key West, and he doesn't like the other hotels.

Sorry, this made me laugh! We loved it when we stayed in WL, I would love to stay at the Beach Club, but sadly it looks like we are selling our points.

Yes resale is a much cheaper and wiser way to go. We purchased ours through The Timeshare Store and didn't have a problem. I got a thing in the mail about a month or so ago from Disney saying I could buy more points in OKW from them for only $95, well TTS is selling OKW for about $80 max. Everything you get from Disney is the same when you buy it resale.

Good morning friends! I am supposed to be cleaning house today, but I woke up feeling very sore and lethargic, so I don't think it's going to happen. Hoping my meds kick in soon. I have some returning to do at WalMart and Target too, and just can't get motivated to get dressed. The kids are playing games this morning which is just so sweet when they find something they can play together, but it defeats the purpose of cleaning up the clutter! I think I'll read a little more here and then off to the store before it gets too late to return our stuff, whether I feel up to it or not I just gotta GO.
