At least the next time we have a meet we'll all know each other; then we won't have to make up stories. Which college did we go to, BTW??? :teeth:

STOP....I'm laughing too hard. I even had to share with DH.:lmao:

Oh...by the way....I had to lie to the people on the plane that I was talking too on the way down to our meet. You guys were old college friends...I didn't want them to think I was wierd and stop talking to me.:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

That is what I told some of the people at work!!

Some people will never understand!:rotfl:

Did you guys know there is another "Between the Numbers" book from Christmas? Its called, "Visions of Sugar Plums"...I just found it on Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Visions-Sugar...0312986343/ref=pd_sim_b_5/102-8124369-1596920

Yep...it's your lucky day...one more Plum novel discovered. They are a bit different from the "numbers" but I enjoyed Plum Lovin. I was glad they brought back Valerie and Albert. Hopefully Lean Mean Thirteen will have some oldies in it.

I actually read Metro Girl (not a Plum novel). It was pretty good. I heard the sequel Motor Mouth is even better. I need to get that one from my sister.

I think #13 is due out in mid-June!!!!

Meg Cabot has a book called "Size Twelve is Not Fat" and its hilarious, along the lines of the Plum books, and the sequal, "Size Fourteen Isn't Fat Either" (or something like that) just came out.

Lean Mean Thirteen comes out June 19th, thats also the day that Twelve Sharp comes out in paperback. I can't find that one anywhere!

Why didn't I know that....it's so obvious!!!:cool1: :cool1:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I hope you all have a Great Thursday!!!:sunny:

Good Morning everyone!

Boy have you all been a chatty group lately. I'm getting up earlier so I have time to catch up in the mornings before work.:) A girl's gotta' have priorities.... sleep....Dis....Dis.... sleep....;)

Well today is my big cleaning day before the party. I think it's going to be fun. It's a fun group of people.

We leave in one week to get the final info about the new job. I'm starting to get anxious. I'm ready to get it settled and then make a plan for how all this is going to go. I'm excited, my husband's excited... Keagan....not so much. He doesn't want to leave his friends and grandparents. It breaks my heart that he's upset. What I do know is that he seems to make friends where ever we go...stores, playgrounds, parks and vacations. I know in my head he'll make new friends and it will be ok, it's just the heart that's having a little trouble.

Well, today is also the day that my little kitty has surgery to make him an it. He's sitting at my feet, meowing like crazy because he's hungry and I can't feed him before the surgery. Silly kitty!

Lyzziesmom-- hope you feel better!

I wanna' join UOD!!!!!

Well, have a great day everyone!

Good morning everybody :)

Bonnie... Heather is so lucky to have you in her life! Sounds like she's better w/o her mom in her life anyway!

we're all old college friends:cool1: I know what you mean. Mike was telling everyone that "she's been chatting on this disney thing with women all over and they wanna go meet at wdw" I can imagine what some of those people were thinking:rotfl2: oh well, you'll have that! At least now we HAVE met:banana: !

we all seemed pretty normal:rotfl: we fooled ya:woohoo: j/k! Mike was telling me to be careful on here w/giving out too much info, except w/you guys in particular, b/c you all seemed so nice and "normal":lmao:

ym, hope your ds likes his glasses. I hated them when I was little and couldn't wait to have contacts, then surgery. My vision was 20/400:eek: and surgery was the best thing ever!!! Sounds like his teacher has a short memory:sad2:

Kennys class has "share time" and he told his whole class about all of you:rotfl: I can imagine what his teacher was thinking... you went to meet "computer friends" huh:rotfl2: She told him she wished she could have joined us.

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Donna, great breakfast and hope you don't have any stalkers:rotfl2: that was too cute!

Ok Michele and Lesa... I'm ready for a guided tour of wdw:rolleyes1 you guys are the pros!!!

 I'm sure he's not too happy about it right now, but he'll be ok. Thankfully he's young enough. It seems like it gets harder the older you are. I moved several times growing up and it was harder when you're a little older and the "cliques" are already formed, but before long they get to know you and it gets better. Good luck, I hope it goes as good as possible!

UOD:cheer2:

I was thinking pretty much exactly the same thing……..except I added a campus……
University of Downtown Disney - UODD

I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself... Mike and I have been discussing selling my rental so I can quit and go to school:cheer2:  :hyper: Just the thought of getting in nursing and having a job I LOVE...and work 3 12's or something so I can be at Kennys events w/o taking off work etc... sorry...I just couldn't hold it in anymore!!! And no longer driving a minimum of 3 hours a day:cheer2: :woohoo:  Guess I better talk to my mom about helping her find another place to live if she wants. I highly doubt a new owner would charger hundreds less per month b/c they're just "nice":rolleyes1

:wave2: good morning!

Bonnie - I was reading your yesterday's posts and was amazed! #1, that a mother could abandon her child like that, and #2 that you stepped up and have been mom to her! That's just awesome.

Lin - so her name really was Leota?! I just don't remember that.... chalk it up to old age, I guess.

Sewer, with all due respect - all this talk of wrestling and the 'bugs' that go along with it... EWWWWW. As a mom, I don't think I could encourage a kiddo of mine to participate... not that it's even an option at our house. But if it was....

YM - how's DS and the glasses? It's always so hard on kids to have to start wearing glasses (mostly due to the other kids). But - ya gotta see the board! Hope he adapts well. I read Metro Girl, and have Motor Mouth at home from the library - haven't started it yet. I liked it, but not as much as the Plum series. You know what's funny - from the get-go, as I was reading MG, I saw Owen Wilson as Hooker.

Later all!
