Food help please

I started on a GLP-1 on May 1, and am down over 60 lbs!
I’ve been to WDW twice on this journey. Once a longer trip with hubby and adult kids and once a wonderful solo 5 day trip. With them, we ate the normal beloved places, including several buffets and Monsieur Paul’s for hubby and me. I ate little, and enjoyed every bite and let myself be full quickly without stressing, I decided that forcing more food into my body than it wanted was the actual waste of money, in terms of health costs down the road. I started obese, with a high bmi, and my A1C was one fraction from diabetic. Now A1C, BMI and glucose are all normal, and I am no longer pre-diabetic.

On my solo trip, I enjoyed looking at the Food and wine menus, but only wanted to eat one thing. I went to San Angel 3 times for the tortilla soup, which, with a margaritas was all I wanted . Not worrying about what was left on the plate let me truly enjoy what I ate without pressure. With all the walking, I still lost a little, even if I had several meals in a day and enjoyed the margs and wines!

Agreed with the apps/salads recommendations! Sometimes I keep snacks I can eat in our hotel room and I'll eat a snack ahead of dinner so I'm satisfied with a small app or salad.
