Is Cinderella 3 out on DVD? Is it available to rent I wonder? Do any of you remember me looking for B&TB' The Enchanted Christmas? Gary ordered it off Ebay for me for Valentine's Day. I received it on Thursday.

Yes we would be flying in to Sanford airport. I believe April flies into that airport. I have friends that fly to Sanford that say they love it. I'm not sure about the car rental locations. Our flight would be arriving about 9:45pm; that's getting kind of late. I know when my hairdresser flew in last spring they got a room near the airport for the night (with shuttle) and rented the car the next morning. I could be adventurous to save that much $$$ though.

Thanks Donna! I will look further into this. We would have to rent a car anyway. We spend part of the time in the World and then head over to Vero beach for the rest of the vacation.

Lesa: Cheeseburger in Paradise is also right by Nebraska Furniture Mart... I was actually considering going there instead of T-Rex Cafe because I already know I like the food! We don't really like RFC food so I'm assuming TRC would be similar... I just don't know. We'll decide when we are there. You'll have to let us know how Bridge to Terabithia is. Lyzzie wants to see it, but I'm just not sure. I've heard the trailers are misleading, that most of what you see happens in the last 10 minutes of the movie, but that's it's still good. I've never read the book so I'd have no expectations.

Donna: I like your new signature pic, I think it's really cute! Not offensive at all. Yay for planning another trip!! Take me with you.

Linda: I was going to tell you that your castle pic was HUGE, but then I refreshed my page and it went back to being small. Lyzzie saw it and said, "Oh my gosh, that's the most beautiful castle picture I've ever seen!" Maybe you should try to put your you & Mike pic back in, perhaps there was just some kind of glitch? It's a really nice picture. I didn't know TRC was coming to DTD... how cool! Our KC location was the first one, I can't believe how it's taken off since it opened last summer. It was a HUGE big deal around here.

Glad everyone likes my new pirate picture! I figured it was time for a new one. I struggled with putting it in, since I'm in the picture, but in the end I decided I like it too much to leave it out.

I have been obsessively checking airfare because I'd really like to surprise Lyzzie with a trip to go to one of the P&P parties. The problem is, my folks will be on a cruise the last week of Feb and not returning until March 4th, and my grandparents will be staying at their house watching the kids. I don't want to leave them alone w/Emma because she is just too much for them to handle overnight. That leaves me only 2 parties after they return, and the airfare is so high right now! SW is 165 each way, yikes!! The best I could find was Midwest for 178 RT, but that is still hard to pay for when my last three trips were 59 or under each way on SW. That AP and tax refund are really burning a hole in my pocket!!

The kids were watching Boomerang this morning, it was so cute to see them discovering some of the old cartoons I grew up with. They especially liked the Pink Panther - Emma was taking it very seriously and kept saying things like, "Oh NO!! That went boom!" It's so cute the way they put the couch pillows on the floor and lie side by side watching cartoons. My mom was telling me yesterday that when I was preg. w/Emma, she was really nervous that I wouldn't be able to "handle" another kid... but that now she's so glad I had her. I'm glad too, those girls are just so sweet together!!

Good afternoon everyone!!

Good news! We just got back from the vet appointment with Ruby and it looks like her eye scratch is healing nicely. She said there is a little scar in its place. I forgot to ask her if it affects her vision any though. I don't think so though, since she didn't mention it. She needs her medication for 2 more days and then she should be good to go!!

I also just got done cleaning the house. Its nice because now we can enjoy this 3 day weekend without having any more cleaning to do. Jeremiah didn't enjoy cleaning the bathroom though. Thats the only room he has to clean and he always complains and moans about it.

Donna, good for you for planning a trip!!! Jeremiah really wants to make a trip to go to "that other park" too! He's never been to Islands of Adventure and he really wants to go, since he loves all those rollarcoasters. When we were dating we went to Universal and stayed at the Royal Pacific (a Universal hotel) and he loved the hotel so much he wants to go there again. I want to stay for atleast 3 nights, so we'll see. It's good because they allow pets there so we can take Ruby.

Did anybody see those pics of Britney Spears with her head shaved? What is going on with that girl?!!!!

Well we went to see B to T and all I can say is, it was o.k. Even the girls said it was just o.k. It is not about the fairly tale land you think it is about. Too bad because that may have made it a better story line! The popcorn was good though!

After the movie I decided to break down and go to the Urgent care place as it was on the way home. My toe is not getting any better! This poor toe is going to cost me a fortune before I even get it taken care of. We switched insurance at the beginning of the year and there are only a handful of doctors in the area that take it. Well the doctor that we chose is not excepting new pt until March, hence me going to UC. Well, I need to go to a podiatrist ASAP, meaning Monday. However, I need a referral and I have no doctor to do it. The doctor at the UC said they can not give referrals from there. So now not only do I have to pay for this visit, I need to find a doctor and pay for another visit to get the referral and then pay for the visit to the podiatrist. Why do things have to be so complicated. In the mean time I am suppose to stay off it and keep it elevated to reduce swelling.

Ashely: Good news about Ruby! I did see the picture of Brittney Spears. All I can think is, those poor kids!

Yep! It started the first day we were there. So it's just over 2 weeks now. At least my knee is better! I left that trip a mess!

Lesa: sometimes you can get a referral over the phone, if you just ask nicely. Just call and tell them you need a referral for a podiatrist, relay your story about UC and wish for the best. I hate how insurance can really complicate things! I was actually shocked yesterday, remember how my Dr. wants me to have an MRI? Well I hadn't gotten around to scheduling it yet, and the MRI place called me to schedule it. I've never had that happen before... and they even asked for my insurance info beforehand so they can make sure it's covered before I arrive so there are no surprises. Good luck with your toe, it sounds really bad. I hope it's not too painful to fix it, but it sounds like whatever they need to do can't be as bad as it is now. I usually come home from WDW terribly beat up, but I'm with Donna this time... just came back tired.

The T-Rex cafe was lots of fun, but very hectic. The place was crowded - we arrived a little before 3pm and had to wait nearly an hour for a table! - and very noisy. I have a hard time hearing individual sounds like the girls' voices when there is a lot of background noise, so conversation was very difficult. They had a neat store to look at while we waited, but it was really cramped and people were shoving their way through, not too pleasant. They had a really cool area with fake dirt to "dig" in for dino bones, and a "mine" to walk through, and computer screens to learn about dinos... but they charge 2.50 each just to go IN there! And then of course there are additional activities such as mining for "gems" that cost extra per person - much to Lyzzie's dismay I refused to pay 21.00 for a couple bags of rocks. But the food was great, we all ate a lot - even my picky Lyzzie who often is full after a couple bites ate 1/2 her meal - and we even had room for dessert. I took a ton of pictures and hopefully will have some up later tonite or tomorrow. I'm completely wiped out now!!

This may be TMI, but Emma had a milestone today... she pooped in the toilet for the first time! (Skip this next part if you're squeamish about such things.) She likes to hide when she poops, and I found her in the playroom behind her playhouse. As soon as she saw me, she burst into tears and kept screaming that her booty hurts. When I went to change her, the poor thing had one stuck, so I whisked her off to the bathroom and sat her down and it worked!! She was so proud of herself - and so am I! She was so funny, after she was done she said, "that was easy!" and she even had to call my mom to tell her all about it.

Ashley: I'm so glad to see that Ruby is healing nicely! I think the vet would have mentioned if it affected her vision, but I imagine you could just call and ask just to ease your mind.

Well, we decided to go to B2Terebithia too. Then to Ruby Tues. for dinner. We had a great time. Kenny liked the movie...but he's easy to please. Ruby Tues. was better than I expected. They had a V-day special still going that we didn't realize. I ordered the spinach dip appetizer and chicken oscar, then Mike ordered and she showed us that we could order all that plus dessert to share all for $34.99! Whoo hoo Then Kenny ordered mac and cheese that kid loves mac n cheese! But it was really good!

Oh yeah! During the pre-views when the castle was on the screen, I told Mike I was ready to go again...he looks at me and says "WHEN?" I said I don't know...and he says..."I'll think about it" ya had to be there it was funny.

Yeah, I saw the dvd while I was on the cruise and then went and bought it at wal mart when I got home I haven't watched it yet though. I don't expect it to be great but.... guess we'll see. Way to go Gary! that was sweet!!!

I thought the trailer was misleading too...but I still enjoyed myself. I was expecting something more like Narnia and it reminded me of something more like "My Girl" if you remember that movie... I don't want to give anything away...but Kenny liked it. He might have liked Ghostrider more...but ..there's always next weekend Lyzzie is so sweet I was thinking it was some kind of glitch too b/c when I left work it was all fine...sizes, pixels etc...all good..but who knows! I'll try it tomorrow or something. I can't wait to see pix of the T-rex cafe. Kenny would go crazy!!!! Yay for Rubys eye getting better! Jeremiah doesn't like cleaning the bathrooms huh that's funny. Mike cleans ours b/c he HATES dusting and I could care less. It all needs done and I don't care who does what... If he likes coasters, you should bring him up to Cedar Point sometime! He'd love it! Maybe you've already been there?I heard about Britneys head but haven't seen the pix.

Woke up this morning to a relatively warm day... almost above freezing! The sun was out and the snow started to melt, giving us some of the biggest icicles I've ever seen.

We headed out to Nebraska Furniture Mart for a Disney on Ice promotion. The girls spun a big prize wheel

where Emma won a bouncy ball and Lyzzie won a plastic necklace - which Emma immediately claimed as her own. Not the Disney on Ice tickets I was hoping for. There were some tables set up where the kids could color an Incredibles mask and make a Mad Hatter hat.

It was lots of fun, but very noisy and hectic. Some genius had the great idea to put all of this right inside the main entrance. Now I had never been to NFM, and let me tell you this place is HUGE. Easily as big as our local mall. The main entrance is a busy place. Add in craft tables and a bunch of excited kids, and you've got yourself something of a zoo. I had to get out of there. So we headed over to the T-Rex Cafe.

Did I mention it was very windy outside? Emma refused to let me put her down to take her picture outside, her hands were cold so she needed to stick them down my shirt. Apparently that is the warmest place she can find?
