Who here is not in the "clique" like me? Part 3

The T-Rex Cafe was pretty busy considering it was 3pm. We had to wait nearly an hour for our table. Luckily there were lots of things to do while we waited, like meet some dinosaurs with "big bellies" as Emma noticed,

make some pressed pennies,

demonstrate how a dinosaur roars,

watch fish,

and go to the ladies' room.

The place was really big and very nicely themed.

We finally got our table next to a cute little baby dinosaur.

Lyzzie really enjoyed herself.

She got a dessert made of chocolate pudding and Oreo crumbs with gummy dinosaurs on top. It was called a Chocolate Tarpit. She didn't think it was funny when I kept calling it a Chocolate Armpit.

Emma found some "spiders" hanging near the ceiling, and refused to believe me when I told her they were jellyfish.

All in all, it was a very fun day. I think tomorrow, we will stay home and have a Pajama Day!

Ghostrider looks very interesting! I don't think it is a Madison movie though. Let me know how Cinderella 3 is. I was thinking about buying it, but I wasn't thrilled with 2. Have fun with whatever you guys decide to do! I like your new sig. I love that castle picture!!

Mike bought me Cinderella 3. It was ok; I didn't think it was horrible, but there were some things that irked me. Still, I would watch it again.

lyzziesmom...Kenny is going crazy over those TRC pix!! he is asking if KC is closer than wdw he wants to go there bad!! He loves Emmas face painting in your siggy pix too. I was just reading and he comes running..."hey, that's Emma!" Looks like they both had a great time!

Donna...Ruby Tues. was pretty good. We kind of ended up there We went to the movie and after that I wanted to go eat at Outback...it was 80 min. wait..no thanks then we tried Logans...same thing...so right beside Logans is a Ruby Tues. I said, lets try there and if we have to wait more than 30 minutes...Pizza it is...well, I went in and they sat us immediately It was better than I expected. I think the V-day special ends today 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 dessert for $34.99. Reminded me of the ddp w/o wasting so much! There is a list of the ones that are included but its some of the best things on the menu.

I hope everyone has a super Sunday. Kenny and I are going out for some clothes shopping for him while Mike watches the Daytona 500 and we'll probably try to watch Cindy3.

How about some brunch at Palo aboard the Disney cruise!! Sorry, no shorts Mike found out There is much more to choose from as well...but this will get you started

Good morning Amber and Linda (and anyone else who's up & about). I was starting to think I was the only one of us awake yet this morning!

Linda: That's so cute about Kenny recognizing Emma! Is KC closer than WDW? Too funny!! Lyzzie says she wishes she met Kenny because he sounds funny.

Amber: Lyzzie really wants to see Cinderella 3. They keep showing songs & things about it on the Disney Channel and it makes her think she NEEDS to see it. We'll see.

I just let Kenny open a birthday present early He's running around like it's Christmas all excited! I let him open the one toy he's been asking for and asking for. Its just a power ranger phone toy and you'd think he just won the lottery!

Thanks, I will! He'll be so excited. He's famous from here remember You're right...I don't buy him much through the year at all. He has way too much as it is. He even tells me...stop buying me so much What kid says that? He does get Nat. Geographics for kids magazine since he loves animals,and a dinosaur club that sends toys and books once a month...so that is his "treat" that is educational and he loves getting mail too. I wasn't going to raise a child that would throw a fit in the store wanting junk all the time

Kennys birthday is tomorrow. That boy is so excited This is the first year I haven't taken him to an indoor waterpark for his birthday though I told Mike I'd trade all our long weekend trips this year to get to go to wdw for our meet It was definitely worth it!! Kenny hasn't even said a word about it either!

Lyzziesmom- I want to go to the T Rex Cafe! It looks so awesome! I am really tempted to make a quick trip to KC to go there! Your pics are great! Yay to Emma!

My SIL and her kids came back yesterday. It was so nice seeing the kids. I had really missed them.

Linda: that's so cute that Kenny is so excited about his early present. Last year for Lyzzie's birthday I just gave her one gift at a time all day long, every few hours. It worked out really well and she actually got a lot fewer gifts than usual, but she liked them so much more because she had to time to play with each one. I think I started a new tradition for us! For the past 2 years we have gone to WDW for her b-day because it happens to fall during free dining... if they don't offer it this year I have no idea what we'll do! I've never hosted a b-day party, that many kids in one place scares me, but she really wants one - she sees how all her friends make out with all the gifts!

My folks just left, they brought over my old childhood desk for Lyzzie, and moved the old dining room table into our mudroom which will now double as a breakfast nook. It looks so much better there! And Lyzzie is very excited to finally have her "own" place to do all her little crafts and projects. The house is really starting to shape up!

Nicole: a quick trip to KC huh? There's lots of fun stuff to do here! My old friend who I just got back in touch with wants to come visit, probably in the spring when it's nicer outside. I wonder when they are thinking of opening the T-Rex Cafe in DTD? I'm sure it'll be really popular, it seems like it would fit right in.

KC sounds like a nice place to visit, even though I don't know much about it! Have they even broken ground on the DTD one yet? When I saw the pics of all the decorations for the DTD one I loved it! I'll have to see if they are going to build one here since the corp. is located here.
