Good morning, Crew!! Oh My!!! Yesterday morning it was 40 degrees outside; this morning it's 20!!! Although this is more like January for us....it's still darned cold!!! Grab yourselves a hot drink and help me eat this plate of goodies!!

donuts_lrg.jpg

I hope everyone has a Tiggerific Tuesday!!!:tigger:

Oh...just what I needed. The kids are home AGAIN. Sugar and Caffiene to keep me sane.:rolleyes1 Thanks Dear Donna.

Good Morning!

My mom has decided to go to WDW with us!! I have been trying to explain what it's like, but she just doesn't get it (she thinks it's like a regular amusment park). I am a little worried about spending 14 hours in a car with her though.

Well, I better go back and catch up.

Have a great day!!

Amber...we took my mom on a trip in Oct 05 and she loved it! I was so great. I would like to take a short trip with her in the spring sometime or when she could see the Christmas decorations! Hope everything goes well with the drive.

Good morning!

I woke up with a headache today and I am right in the middle of closing out the 2006 financials for work. Hope my head can handle it :sad2:

!

Yolanda...sorry about your headache...I've been waking up with them too. I think it's sinus congestion. No fun though....hope you make it through work and get those reports done! I do think a nice Disney sweater will make you feel better. :)

Good morning Cliqueless---

YM---I am not even going to give you trouble about the camera trouble because it sounds like something I'd do. :rolleyes1 Your DH was a good sport.

did anyone watch the Golden Globe awards last night???? I cannot believe Borat won over my JD in POTC II!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor JD---I think I may have to console him.:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Have a good day everyone-----I am going to continue to search for my elusive piece of paper.

Thanks for the break 2xcited...you are so kind. Oh...and is JD better now?pirate: Hope you find your paper...I bet you are going nuts...I just can't stop until I find what I'm looking for.:crazy2:

! I went on a Carnival cruise in 2004 (where I got "married") and it was so much fun.

Yolanda: 25 degrees? That sounds positively balmy! :lmao: Right now it is about 60 in the office and falling quickly -

My house alarm did not beep last night, so that's a relief.

I went on a Carnival cruise out of Galveston, Tx and it was not in the least bit wild. I think it was an older ship. I must say it was all filled with a bunch of Okies, Texans, a few from Kansas and all in fun I said it looked like we where at a giant Ryan's buffet.:rotfl2: Made for some good entertainment.:rolleyes1

Sorry you don't have any heat at work...or at least you didn't when I started this hour long post. Glad you didn't HEAR your alarm last nightt(ok...where is the darn cloud smilie...I'm going to start screaming) .:rolleyes1

Staying warm... I'd be much warmer w/the corn stove...come on over lyzziesmom since you have no heat at work ;)
Good luck finding your paperwork. I do that all the time. I put it in a safe place that completely makes sense at the time..then:confused3 its nowhere to be found:rolleyes1 . Good luck! I have the same problems w/night photos and esp. fireworks:sad2: Kenny did great. I'll take some pix.

Linda...while you are snapping pics of Kenny take a couple of the corn burner! I tried to talk my friend into a Disney cruise but she does not have children and would have nothing to do with it. I told her about all the adult programs and the adult beach....but she wouldn't even consider it.:beach:

She is a sweetheart. We've known her ever since we moved into our house. Which is going on 10 years now!! Man, TIME FLIES!! :confused3 She had a brain tumor removed about 2 years ago. She went through a whole lot for awhile.

Pozey...that's so sad. It looks like she is doing well. Was it cancer? What a sweet girl and I'm so glad she has a nice family to hang out with!:goodvibes

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell ya'll something- I was looking up airfare for ya'll's trip just to look, and Continental has airfare for under $200!!! I want to go so bad, and I would if I didn't just have to pay for school, books and my car note! NOOOOOOO!!!! I never should have looked. :(

Nicole...I wish I could play santa for you and get you a weekend ticket! Wouldn't that be fun....just like pixie dust.pixiedust: I saw that the secret santa (I think he lived in KC) died from cancer...but he trained some more to fill his shoes.

I'm sure Kenny is going to be a monster on the mat. :cool1:

yet another reason to go get my dslr:rolleyes1 I can't wait to see it. He's so tiny!

:grouphug: Awww Nicole! I'm so sorry!! I really wish you could go.

I've been on Carnival (2x) and Royal Carribean (1). Both were fun but I thought the room was bigger on Royal (however, keep in mind that the rooms are very small on a ship). I also liked the Royal ship better, but that was probably because it was a bigger ship. However, I liked the food better on Carnival. We are going to do our first Disney cruise in December and I'm excited! This is the first one that Keagan will be on ( technically 2nd because I was pregnant on our 1st cruise but didn't know it-- no wonder the food tasted so good;) Ohhh.. now you've got me dreaming of sand, sun, and the ocean.... that's a happy place:) Have you sensed that there's a theme toall my happy places:rolleyes1 (sun, ocean, warm, sun...) God has a funny sense of humor and placed me in Colorado--go figure:rolleyes:
That's cool. I was 2 months pregnant w/Kenny on our first cruise too. I knew it and had an ultra sound at 7 1/2 weeks!! The cm's were so great. I couldn't hardly eat anything w/o getting sick...they would bring me things they thought I might be able to handle...they're so awesome!

sure. I had some at home, I'll look and see if they've been deleted yet. We might even be able to use that puppy as a tax deduction:cool1: That is so awesome!!

WHAT...no DCL
nono.gif
can not rule out DCL!!! Maybe if she sees some pictures?? I didn't have any kids on my first disney cruise either!! I still loved it! I didn't go back until he was 18 months old...that's still not bad. we'll just have to plan our 08 trip a cruise or a land/sea ;)!! :beach: I can't wait!!! NO DCL:sad2: she doesn't know what she's missing out on ;):teeth:

YM: Yes, the secret Santa guy was here in KC. Funny thing though, I never heard of him until I saw the article in the paper that he died.

Nicole: Airfare under $20??!? That is amazing! You're right, you shouldn't have looked.

Supposedly they got the heat running here. I can't feel it yet, but they JUST said it's fixed and should be getting warmer within an hour or so. I can't believe they just let us freeze all day!

OH! I almost forgot... I went over to the WalMart during lunchtime, mostly because it's always roasting hot in there, and today did not disappoint. I wandered through the clearance aisle and what did I see but toddler-sized Disney Princess Aurora dresses on clearance for $8.00!! So of course I picked one up for Emma; she will be a princess whether she wants to or not at that price!

:rotfl2: That's too cute...

Hope you get warmed up soon!

Ok...I have another picture. I think the pics are looking better.:yay: This is the same area as yesterday but you can tell it's ice a little better by the shine on it from the sun. Does it look slick?

Yep even I don't sink.:lmao: Thank you...we moved from the ever so popular midtown Tulsa area to have a new house on a lot we could afford. I do love my neighborhood...the only drawback as a parent is there are kids at the door practically 24/7...(at least it seems that way). Now...if you ask the kids they will give you the big :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Ok...thanks for sharing your secret smilie forum. I looked around last night for a good smilie on the countdown thread...seems like a few of you are being a little showy...leaving me in the dust.:rolleyes1 :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

YM......I hear that Owasso has already cancelled school for tomorrow. Jenks and Bixby as well. No word on Broken Arrow yet.

And yes, that picture looks a lot clearer. :thumbsup2

And I agree with Linda...beautiful neighborhood.

YM: That does look more icy! That's how it looks here too and I'm terrified to walk on it because I'm such a klutz. Remember, I'm the one who broke my elbow sitting down, and then broke the other one standing still.

I was going to say something else but I got interrupted, and now I've forgotten. I hate when I do that! Apparently I'm not only klutzy, I'm ditzy as well.

I'm assuming those are thumbs? ;)

Thanks!

I was just looking at the channel 6 website....wow Owasso was called early.

lyzziesmom...I don't remember the sitting down story...what in the world? I can't believe we haven't had any injuries. One little boy busted his chin and lip yesterday but he's fine. Ok...I'll stop talking about it before I jinx someone.:rolleyes1

I'm assuming those are thumbs? ;)

I'm praying that they are.....:lmao:

:rotfl: Great deal!

lyzziesmom...I don't remember the sitting down story...what in the world?

Yup, I got my bootheels stuck in the rungs of a barstool-type chair at a coworker's house, and fell right off the stool onto my elbow. Broke it in 2 places, needed surgery to insert metal rods & screws (I'm a blast at metal detectors!) and almost 6 months of rehab! D'oh!!

DznyFan.....if you are logged on........BA schools out again tomorrow.

I bet you do get a lot of kids. There are pros and cons to that I guess. Kenny would love it too. If I could just talk Mike into one of those near wdw:rolleyes1 We'd never leave you in the dust ;) I've never looked for any other than the ones he showed me...

D'oh is right:guilty: my goodness!!!!

oh...Nicole..now I wish you could go even more w/all the talk about everyone wearing "I support Tigger" shirts:cool1: :cheer2:

This is the first I've heard of the Tigger shirts. I'm also curious as to what they look like. Do we all need to get some Tigger shirts in the next 2 weeks?? Good idea though!
