Today we were watching Cindy 3 on his bed while Mike was watching the Daytona 500...and I ran and got an ice cream cone...I was eating it in his bed and he looks at me so serious... afraid I'll drop choc. or nuts in his bed...and he says "now gurrrl... you're not supposed to be eating in my bed...you're pushing your luck" ya think he's heard that before?

This is why we ALL needed to be around that 'Ohana table having a 'lil drinky-poo. Can you imagine us all sharing our stories-----do you think they would have strongly suggested we take our drinks and conversation down to the beach??


The Godiva story is best told in person, since you kind of have to hear a voice and I need to keep one person confidential. Again, it is really no big deal, I was just reminded of it when some of you were posting pics of the Godiva cheesecake.
I will try my best-----there was a certain well-known (I'm not so sure how well known he is now, but oh well) male on daytime TV that was in St. Louis for a book signing. This was about 8 years ago---so quite a while ago. Anyway, the salon I work in employs alot of "pretty people" and there was this girl who worked at the front desk that thought she was just too much. Anyway, this particular male person was at a local club and was in a VIP room where about 10 of the girls that I work(ed) with were also. I was not there, so I just heard about what happened. Evidentally this guy got a little kissy "friendly" with several of them. gross.
So, fast forward to the next day. I was at work and the story was flying around everywhere. This guy sent two huge gift baskets to the salon----one for this one particular girl (front desk girl) and one for the rest of the group. Anyway, she strolls through the spa where I was and asked me if I saw the basket from so-and-so. She said in her best teeny-bopper voice, "it has champagne and Godiva chocolate"----but she pronounces it as "Go-deeva".
So, now, everytime I see anything Godiva, I think "go-deeva, go-deeva" ya, know, in that "it's your birthday" kind of song.

See, no big story----you just have to hear it in person, I suppose.

2x...I had a neighbor on his show once! She babysat for a firefighter and his wife..and well... she was like 14 at the time and they started an affair and I can't remember exactly, I think she got pregnant...and somehow ended up on his show! I think he was in his 40's, married w/2 kids! Did you know he has MS?

Donna---the waiting is the hardest thing---but you'll have fun planning. My sister mentioned a possible family trip in June since they will be living in S. Florida by then. We would all go around my nephew's birthday. Then, she wants just the two of us to go in October for a weekend during Food&Wine Festival. I need to start saving my pennies.
How long will your trip be in July??


Linda---ouch---two broken arms?? Yeah, I wouldn't let my mom live that one down either.
Kenny is teaching you a lesson about food in bed, eh?? Watch it girlie---he'll getcha.



I think I may have to leave now---I need to fill out some paperwork for work and then try to get some sleep. I have a client for a facial at 7am---who books that?? Oh well, at least I'll make some money. I was going to just say hi and then watch a movie, but you gals got me chattin'.

That's wierd about your neighbor. Yes, I do know he has MS. I think he is doing really well with it though, but I'm not sure.

Donna Duck (love the new avatar, btw) and YM---

I had the funniest dream the other night. We were going to see POTC 3 and it was sooooo crowded. Donna went into the theater to get some seats while YM and I were still in line to get tickets. Well, in the meantime, they sell out of tickets but somehow we got into the theater anyway. YM found a seat next to Donna, but there were NO empty seats left, so I sprawled out on top of the three people that were seated next to Donna. Poor souls!!!!

I just woke my DH up laughing. I had a dream with you in it. We were trying to get to Epcot. We were on an escalator but it was going so fast that you had to hold on to keep from falling. Then I had this long fleece scarf on and I couldn't let go to grab it so it got stuck on in the escalator...that's it....

I guess your dream means we are going to meet up to see POTC 3.... Hopefully I will have seen 2 by then.
