I would have to dig to the very bottom of our cedar chest for something black and lacy...boy that would take too much work.

Hey Linda...well I see you broke the news. My DH is off reading "Four to Score" ...he's a Plum fan...I just need to get him a little more into Disney stuff...then he could join our cliqueless click . Hey, we will be in Ohio for the marathon in less than two weeks. DH is worried that he's going to step on rake or something (that's what happened to me right before the 15k I was training for).

Cute story about the secks education!! I remember being in 5th or 6th grade and having the school nurse give the "talk". Not sure who was more uncomfortable, her or us!!!

Bonjour mon amies!

My presentation went so well tonight. I will find out my grade on Thursday. I hope I start it off right with an A but anything less and that will just motivate me to work harder for next weeks.

Tricia - I love planning trips, as you can tell from readong we all do. One thing I make sure to do is plan downtime. It doesn't have to be a nap but just something to break up the day. That is a pretty typical tip also we like planning our park days based on going to the park that doesnt have EMH but rather had one the day before or the day after. That is really helpful during peak and even regular season. During value season I dont think it makes that much of a difference. DH hates waiting and since we dont have any little ones we can really take things at our own pace.

2x - I am sorry that you didnt hear from your dr. Did you try to call the office. If not I would definitely say to call tomorrow. The not knowing part can be very stressful just know that we are all here to listen if you need to talk or to help you get your mind off it.

Donna - Hooray DH is home. Is Nathan sad to be giving up his man of the house title

Amber - I have to believe that with jobs everything happens for a reason. It will be good for him to talk with his current boss about the possibility of the new permanent position, that way he will be abe to look at all his options and choose which is best for him . That story is so similar to the reason why DH just can't stand the corporate world. He works in sales/marketing also bu is actually training to be a fireman.

Dznyfan - great pics! It looks like you guys even had beautiful sunny weather . I am going to have to look more into Wicked. I love going to shows.

Oh yeah 2x I just thought I would add that I did not have a nutricous and delicous applesauce dessert, I had it for lunch. I had yogurt with honey for dessert tonight mmmmmm calcium yum!

Well that settles this debate...we can't pass up the 32.80. Tents go in the suitcase and I will check 2xcited's luggage in St Louis BEFORE she checks it.

Oh, and I grew up in a vette---my mom traded them in over and over until I was about 13/14?? I could tell you some vette stories. Let's just put it this way----they weren't so strict with the seatbelt laws, etc. when I was growing up.

Hi Ash---I will give her the benefit of the doubt. She is calling another dr. in Wisconsin to "pick his brain" so to speak, so she probably has not gotten to talk with him yet. She is also getting together with some of her collegues to discuss. I'll call tomorrow to see if anything has transpired. Thanks for thinking of me, though.

Good Morning Everyone!

Well, Mike calmed down a little last night. He isn't sure what he wants to do. We are waiting to see what his company decides. Hopefully, we'll know something soon (they only have two weeks before the boss leaves).

I'm so disappointed I can't go to the meet. Mike said there was no way we could go in Feb if we are going in April. I might try to switch dates, but I doubt if that will work. You will just have to plan another meet so I can attend!

Wasn't that hilarious!!! I wouldn't have to dig....but then again that's b/c we're still newlyweds!! Mike was never into Disney at ALL!! He was 43 on our trip this year...and it was his FIRST trip to wdw ever!! I can't believe he agreed to go again less than a year later ...he knows how much I love it and how much I love to go to wdw and dcl.... but he was married 20 yrs and they might have gone on 3 or 4 vacations ever.... and now in the past 2 years we've gone on a disney cruise, 2 weeks at Yellowstone, 10 nights at wdw...and now planning Hawaii.... and he agreed to another wdw trip OMG..... I still can't believe it!!! Wow...less than 2 weeks til the marathon...that is awesome!! Tell him to be careful...watch the rakes!!

I get to work this morning, and my work phone is blinking - I have a voice mail. This is very unusual. I rarely get voice mails on my work phone.

So, I listen.......

"Hello. This is Carmen from the Awards Claims Center. We have been trying to reach you for some time regarding your entry to win a new Ford Explorer. I have some good news for you. Please call me at 1-800-blah blah blah."

Hmmmmm.......I don't recall entering any contest recently. And I hardly ever give my work number.

Who knows.....? Maybe I'm a big winner!!
