Bus question

We have a 6:45 dinner reservation at Animal Kingdom park and they close at 7:00. Will we be able to get a bus ride back to Ft Wilderness at 8:00 or so?

You should. Busses should be running that long after park close. There could be other people eating, etc. They won't leave you stranded.
