breakfast-in-bed-glow.jpg

I will do that!! :thumbsup2 Even the Ralph Lauren stuff at the dept. stores didn't do much for me. Usually I could spend tons, but just couldn't find anything I cared for.

Donna...you are too good girl. :thumbsup2 I think I confessed once that queenie might be my real nickname. :teeth:

I got some nice sweaters/shirts(one skirt) in the Chaps setion at Khol's. They were just basic (blue, black, tan, cream). I have to get my pants in the petite section (I think I mentioned my short stature before :teeth: ).
The apt. 9 makes nice fitting pants. I had a 30% off coupon the other day. :cheer2:

I'm already doing the droopy eye thing....night ningt Donna. :cloud9:

A quick hello to all my cliqueless frineds. :wave2:

Good night YourMajesty!!
That's too weird, there was just a notice of a Ralph Lauren Black Label sale at the bottom of the Dis screen. Do messages pop up with certain key words?? Really eerie!!

Good night everyone!!!

You guys were chatty this evening!

Pozey, have fun at the game!

Donna, it took me two months to paint our bathroom after I bought the paint. It was bad because I painted one wall and decided I didn't like the color...so I left the one wall painted and stopped. It was Animation Blue from the Nic colors at Loews and it was impossible to cover up! So, we bought a light blue two months later and scumbled them together. Now they match Mickeys shorts on my Mickey Americana Shower Curtain. It's the best! Happy Painting!!! And Happy Shopping!

2x2, Hope you are having a blast!! Say hi to Mickey!!!

Lizziesmom, have an AMAZING date tomorrow! Did you decide what you are doing yet? And good luck with your interview(s)!

Night everyone else! Hope you have great weekends!

Well, its after midnight! I thought I would leave all you lovies some morning drinks considering the weather is finally turning cooler and we can all use a caffeine pick-me-up!

Enjoy!

Yep...I've noticed that before. When we were talking about dental work and crowns.... :teeth: :teeth: :teeth:

We must be a bunch of busy cliqueless clickers today! My kids just left, off to my mom's house and I have the house to MYSELF until I leave tonight at 9. Woohoo!!

I have no idea what to do with all this quiet time.

Cripes, my mom just called and their furnace is not working, so she might have to babysit the kids here at my house tonight. Being the VERY nosy person that she is, I am freaking out over here, just imagining all the potentially embarassing ways this could go wrong.

I really hope they get the furnace fixed ASAP.

Hey Donna  .....did you leave your computer on? :teeth:

What movie did you go see?

Linda....you guys sound very "organized" with your bedtime/nap routines. This is/was not our strong area. :teeth: I do use the timer some with my yougest...especially for his baths. He could stay in the tub all night. :cloud9:

  2xcited is gone to WDW and she didn't take me. We're gonna miss you....have a great trip. :dance3:
well thank you :) Yeah...he's bad about wanting to stay in the bathroom too. He has so much fun in there :teeth: As long as he gets clean I guess...and is out w/in 20-30 minutes :rolleyes1 I guess it'll be ok ;)

Good luck Lyzziesmom :cheer2: hope your mom gets her furnace fixed QUICK :hourglass esp. if you planned on taking him back to your place :bitelip: !!! pixiedust: Good luck!!

Shew it was a busy day today...I got up early and went shopping away :woohoo: went to places...got Mike another gun for X-mas..., Kenny a few more things...went to his soccer game...they got killed :guilty: oh well, they had fun. I finally got Kennys school pictures :sad2: they were sent to his dads b/c they got them 2 weeks ago Friday... apparently they didn't know they were in their vehicle...getting stepped all over :confused3 now they're all bent and creased  Oh well...guess I can scan them and print good ones!! Mike took me to Red Lobster... We went visiting...and now Mikes watching the race...
Tomorrow I'm taking mom to OSU hospital to see her cousin that is really bad w/cancer :sad1: It's soooo sad. He has throat cancer and can't talk. He writes on a board to communicate...its just so sad. We were very close to him growing up. I remember when I was about 7 he was on the floor "wrestling" with me and went to fake punch me and hit the floor instead... well..he broke his hand :lmao: DUH!!! Oh well...gotta remember the good times and hope and pray for the best.

Hope you had fun Pozey!!!!

Donna... shopping at Kohls :woohoo: I love Kohls!!! we went there today too :teeth:

Have a good one everybody :wave2:

So that's where everyone has been today... shopping! Good idea, I think I may do a bit of that tomorrow. Unfortunately, mine will be grocery shopping, not nearly as fun as Kohl's.

My mom just called to say they fixed the furnace - yay!! However, she was going to bring me some chicken & sweet potatoes and now I have an hour to get ready AND make myself something to eat. Better get movin!

Hi everyone, talk at y'all tomorrow.

At least the furnace is fixed ;)!!! :cheer2: :woohoo: :cheer2:

Good luck and have a great time :cool1:

Hi all you busy clickers!!!!
Well, I'm back from Kohl's, Old Navy and Target!!! Didn't find anything at Target(was looking for a valance for our patio door), but didn't do too bad at the other two!! :teeth: I'm having a hard time adjusting to the more hip styles with...less fabric! I'm going to be too cold this winter. I actually bought a brown camisole at Old Navy. I think I have other things that will go with it.

Lyzziesmom, I'm certainly glad your parents got their furnace fixed!!! That had the potential to be rather awkward, huh!? I'm sure you're on your date now, I hope you have fun!!! :woohoo:

Linda, I thought that was you I saw at Kohl's!! Too bad Kenny's team didn't win the game, but having fun is important, too!! Nathan played soccer 2 years ago and they were REALLY bad. Poor kids, I felt to sorry for them. They had a little boy that had just turned 4 and didn't know which way to kick the ball. :goodvibes
Red Lobster sounds so good!! I only get to go there when we "girls" go shopping. My DH hates seafood and doesn't care for the steak he had about 19 years ago. :rolleyes1 :confused3

I will assume that 2x2s's dinner at Shula's was pretty darn good. One year we stayed at the Swan and thought we would do Shula's, but weren't able to fit it into our schedule. Decided it wasn't the place for Nathan, and didn't want to leave him at the kids' club.

Hope everybody has a good night, I'll probably just hang out here for awhile!! :wave2:

Hey Donna...we meet again. Glad you found some stuff on your shopping trip. :thumbsup2 I don't recall you saying how the painting and house cleaning went. :teeth: ;)

Well, I achieved my lazy day agenda....internet...nap....internet...fix dinner....watch tv....put the boys to bed...internet. I did make one quick trip to the store. We had chili tonight (so I cooked too).

Hi Linda and lyzziesmom.

Oh Yeah!!! I did get the painting done!! :artist: It looks much better, too!! :thumbsup2

hey, kids!! Wonder how Lyzziesmom's date is going?

I had a LAZY day, too - stayed home, read, did laundry, my DD took me to lunch at Panera (she's such a GOOD girl), and did a little cleaning. No shopping for me. Spent some of my day chasing the neighbor kids out of my garden (see neighbor thread)... all in all, not a bad day.

Hey Dznyfan...how sweet of DD! I had Panera yesterday for lunch. Did you read a Plum novel today? Saw your thread and had to jump in. :Pinkbounc I need to go peak at the "neighbor kids". That is one area we've had a bunch of talks....landscape is part of "property" and people or restaurants spend time and money and it's not for my kids to go destroy. :teeth:

Donna...so you got your painting done. :Pinkbounc :thumbsup2

My DH and boys went to the OU game and had a nice time. I'm going to be up a while since I had a 3 hour nap today. :hourglass

DznyFan, I just read your post about the neighborhood kids. I think I might have already blown my top by now. Thank goodness I have great neighbors and there's quite a bit of distance between us!!!
Hopefully these kids will be taught where to play before one of them gets hurt playing in the street.

I think I may go read some Steph Plum, I'm WAAAY behind all of you!! :teeth: (I'm still on book 2.)

I DID read one - guilty as charged!! Started 10 last night, finished it today. Haven't started 11 yet. Glad DH and sons had a great time at the game - OU won, right? truth is, I haven't seen much TV today and haven't checked any scores...

I AM about to go crazy with these neighbors! This is a nice neighborhood (150K - 200K homes) and we lived in this neighborhood before (then we moved to the country for a few years), and we managed to find a house we fell in love with that is just sandwiched between two PIA's. We didn't have much trouble with the younger bunch until the folks with the 5 kids moved in on the other side of them, now it's a daily (multiple times) problem. When DD was little I would have been MORTIFIED if she had gone and played in our neighbor's front yard - but then, she was never outside in the front yard unsupervised to begin with. Sometimes I'm just really, really old-school.

Once she's off to college in two years, this lake property is starting to look REALLY good for full time residency.
