April & Amber- I had dinner at CP, first off we had to wait about 45 min past our ADR time, the food selection wasn't that great to either of us. We decided that the only way we would go back there is when we have kids.

I have to share a cute story with you guys.....

After I pick Colton and Chase up from school yesterday, Colton tells me that everyone in 5th grade now knows he has a crush on this girl named Kayla.

I asked him how everyone knew. He said he told one of his friends and it spread like wildfire.

Then he showed me what he wrote in his new Disney journal that we bought last weekend at the Disney store. Yes, he made me read it.

He wrote in there how he thought Kayla was very pretty and very sweet. He wrote that he told one friend and by the end of the day everyone knew. He wrote that he might have to write Kayla a note to see if she likes him too.

Isn't love grand......at age 10!!

I only have a few minutes but I wanted to check in and report that EMMA'S NAME CHANGE IS A DONE DEAL!! We even got the judge to sign off on changing her birth certificate! This is a huge big deal, because there was NO precedent for this case, so in a way I am making it easier for other people in the future. YAY!!

pozey, that is a very cute story. At 10, I still thought boys had cooties. I'm not entirely convinced yet that they don't.

No, this is Colton's 2nd crush. When he was in 2nd grade, he had a crush on a girl who went to the same before and after care place as he did, as well as the same elementary school. Interestingly enough......her name was Kayla as well. She was older......she was in 4th grade at the time. So, since there was a Kayla in his 2nd grade class (the one he is crushing on now) she was henceforth called "4th Grade Kayla". 4th Grade Kayla liked Colton as well. They talked a lot. But alas.....4th Grade Kayla had to make the jump to middle school last year. And since Colton doesn't go to the same before and after school care that they used to, she has vanished.... She was a very cute and sweet girl.

Yes, Courtney is feeling MUCH better today. She went back to daycare this morning. It was picture day, so she was all dressed up.

Thank goodness I wasn't the only sleepy one yesterday. I don't have much to catch up on! I fell asleep around 7:30 last night. I just couldn't keep the peeps open.

I did sleep through my workout! I'm so bad! But, I took my dogs on an extra long walk when I did finally get up so that counts for a little bit!

It stinks, I work at 2 and to go to the gym it takes 30 minutes to get there, a 30 minute workout and 30 minutes home. Then still having time to shower, eat lunch and get ready before driving the 30 minutes to work makes it really difficult! But I WILL get better!!!! Maybe I will start going really early, like there by 6AM so I can come home and nap!

Well, I finished #8 of the Plum series. I already have #9 but alas it got packed away somewhere when we were showing the house and I have no idea where it is!

Ashley:: That is terrible about your memory card. I'm so sorry to hear it. But, what are ya' going to do?

Amber:: That is so sweet of you to go help Mike. I know I've helped Steven many times to make the job go quicker. Hopefully you both are feeling right as rain very soon!

Pozey:: Your Colton is just a doll. Glad to hear Courtney is feeling better and able to return to day care.

Lin:: A brisk walk w/ the doggies definately counts for something!! At least you got up and went walking. That's more than I can say for myself.

Well all, I've got to get running. I am picking up my cat today from the Kitty Condos (i.e. the vets boarding area for cats).

It'll be good to have the 'ol girl home.
