Thanks Nicole! Emma is so cute with the characters, she gets so excited and just hugs them like crazy and she also likes to poke them in the eyes (actually she likes to do that with real animals too) and touch their ears and noses. She does NOT like the face characters though, she was terrified of Alice in Wonderland!!

There's a limit on the number of smilies we can post? How strange. I'm the same way I just love my smilies.

Am I the only one that finds crocs ugly ? They look liked they'd great for the water park or beach though.

Yup. You can only have 25 smilies and images in your posts (and that includes any smilies that may be in your siggie.)
Smilies just have a way of really helping the written word come to life.

Nope, you are not the only one who finds crocs to be ugly. I tried them on and they look like boats on my feet. I think they look ok on other people but I just didn't care for them.

Thanks for all the well wishes for my ear. I am still in a tunnel but it's doing a bit better. I'm being a good girl and taking my antibiotics like I'm supposed to. Must be on that plane!!!!

Jill---they aren't closing Max's at Mizner, are they?? I can't see that this doesn't fit the atmosphere. It's the place to be to sit outside and watch the pretty people and their cars they valet. Not to mention the flatbread and wings.
I used to LOVE Liberty's---was sooooo mad when they closed it!!!! Is the theater still there??

I know I miss Libertys too. We spent soo much time at the bookstore after diiner this weekend. They are so relaxing and enjoyable. I heard that they may be closing Maxs (a friend of mine knows the manager pretty well) they said that they are talking about the lease with the management company but even if it is renewed now it probably wont be forever. Mizner is becoming soooo stuffy it just wont be the same. It isnt even fun to window shop in a store where a belt will cost ya $350!!!

Hey precious pixie...where did you find #2? Yes, I'm hoping I don't need any rotator cuff repair. My eyes about popped out of my head when I saw all the rehab and recovery involved.

I got #2 from a different target than the original one we went to (further away) I have all ready finished it (IT was SOOOOOOO GOOD) and Nick said he will pick #3 up for me at that Target tomorrow bc he has to do some driving around in that area tomorrow. I have all ready ordered #4 & #5 online from Amazon I bought them used off Amazon (thats what I did for the first one) and it comes out cheaper. (sorry that was so long winded)

Donna - I am with you on the ethics of companies to their employess. It is shameful. A parent of a student in one of my classes a few yrs ago had another child with a serious illness and had to bring her to the dr. alot and be home with her sometimes, she would always work extra (from home, evenings, weekends) so she wasnt just not doing her job and they had the nerve to tell her that she is gong to need to choose between her job and bringing her child to the dr. I was outraged I couldnt even imagine. Your DH is a wonderful man to stand up for his colleague (sp? oh sp nazi I need a dictionary)

2x - well Ill say goodnight I hope you are able to get a good nights rest tonight. I have to ask do you wax your own legs or does someone else do it? I would never be able to rip up the paper causing my ownself pain. I have always wanted to try getting my legs waxed. Do you have to let the hair grow out really long (my leg hair is soooo thin) I always become impatient and just shave (I am also so impatient I give myself tags)
I hope the medicing kicks in real soon. You should be able to go on a plane in 11 days thats plenty for medicine to work. But I will be crossing my fingers for you still afterall we dont want to jinx anything. I wish you the best with your treatments

Tiff - I know the crocs I am sure they are very comfortable I just cant bring myself to get them. The crocs that look like flip flops I may be willing to try if they really are as comfortable as everyone says. I really need a new pair to. hmmm a project for the weekend.


Well I loved Plum #2. I finished up the last little bit I had last night. I cant wait to start #3. I just want her to be with him the tension is driving me bananas and Im only readiing it.

Nick is flying out next week to meet with the person who would be his boss for this new possible position and the VP of the company. They called him this morning and said they wanted to do it this week (yea!!!) but since the 2 guys he is going to meet dont even live in the same state it is taking a little extra coordination (boo!!) They did not say what day next week but hopefully we will find out tomorrow (ecspecially since we have to buy the ticket and then they reimburse)

We decided to throw a halloween party this year. It is going to be on the 21 so pick out your costumes everyone the fun starts at 4 I told Nick he should be a pirate

ETA: Just wanted to tell you guys something sad. Ruby somehow got ahold of our brand new memory card and chewed it up and ruined it. (Don't ask me why or how she got it or why Jeremiah left it out, it was just an accident.) Anyway, I know its just a memory card but it is depressing me. To all you frosty-loving girls I've discovered a new tasty treat....and it is not good for my diet! Sheridan's Frozen Custard has a Mocha Almond Concrete (think Blizzard) made with a dark chocolate custard! DH and I got some Saturday night and then yesterday I had doctors appointment and felt the need to have another after being pocked and prodded for a while. Now I want another one! And these dang things are Starbucks Expensive! BAH!

I don't like crocs either! And here I was thinking I was all alone in a croc-less world. I tried some on for my last trip and couldn't get past how gigantic my feet looked in them!

Anyway, I have to work again tomorrow night so I best get to bed so I don't sleep through the day and miss my workout like I did this morning. Is it Friday yet? Thats my day off and it won't be here fast enough.

Good Morning!

I need to read all the posts, but here's an update.

Well, Mike called yesterday around 9:30am and said that he was so sick and didn't know what to do (he's a wine/beer salesman and their warehouse is very small. It's nearly impossible for him to miss any work, since there's no one to pick up the slack). So, I told him to get me from work and I would go help him. I did get him to finally eat a plain bagel (he hadn't eaten since Sunday afternoon). That helped him a little. I helped him at work then we went home. We watched movies and just laid around (I started to feel not so well too). So, today we are both back at work; let's hope that we can make it through the day.


I see we have a new member. Welcome MarleyMurphy!!

Nicole, welcome back! The pictures are cute. What didn't you like about CP? We are suppose to have lunch there.

Lin, just read your trip report... ahhh... now I can't wait to go. Don't you love seeing people trying so hard to look "good" at the parks and you know their feet are just killing them. I saw this lady pushing a stroller w/2 little toddlers and she's walking around in these huge high heels what the heck are they thinking???? Sorry but I choose comfort over all. I don't care what people think If they don't like my fanny pack, sweatshirt and hair in a ponytail.... who cares? Not me!! Glad you had a great time...and I like your dh's disney cruise line shirt I absolutely LOVE DCL!!!! I've started planning many wdw trips and ended up going on a cruise instead. Then to get married we were planning a cruise..and ended up going to wdw... oh well...its still Disney!! Great trip report!!
