Who has this picture in their signature?

I remember seeing a picture in someone's signature that I just loved. It was of a family standing at the upper level of the train station looking at the castle. Their backs were to the camera and they had added lots of character to the picture. Does anyone know who had this picture?

I know who you are talking about, I think it's tmdart or something like that, she works on the College Mickey heads I think I can't remember recently where I saw her most, but at least it's a start.
