Who has the "most time on" the Dis??

Who is the most senior member on the Dis? I know I'm not. I don't have a lot of posts, but I got some time on, June 2000.

Not me! It took me awhile to actually post even though I was lurking for awhile!

It's not me! I joined in 1999, but I was a lurker awhile before that. Actually, I lost some of my post count because of a crash on the boards way back in the beginning. I can remember when there were just a few members and one or two boards. It has been amazing to watch how this site has grown.

I'm sure there are quite a few old-timers still around. I know Dan predates me, and I joined sometime in 1996 or 1997ish. I can only remember approximately because I remember where I lived when I first joined. We all lost our post counts in August 1999 due to an upgrade, which is why my start date shows August 1999.

I remember joining when it was one page! Dan was here back then but most of the real old timers are gone. I should be gone but I'm too nosy!!

yeah...the boards existed before that too....I can't remember what happened but they changed adn so did our join dates...another poster said an upgrade. I have been here so long I have forgotten.

I started on the AOL boards where the Permlutters (disney book writers) were posters...then that board went away or morphed...I can't remember...maybe Dan Murphy will know.

I don't even know how long I've been here, I have to wait and see when I post this! I do remember and miss quite a few posters who aren't here anymore... One I used to actually see around town at stores in my area. She left when stuff went down, I moved, and now I don't hear from or see her anymore.

I've been around since the early days, but I don't think since the very beginning. Pete was on the "board" a lot in those days (it was just a single page) and I remember the "Battle Board" when it was started for discussing those "hot" topics.

And Dan Murphy gave me a lot of tips for my son's senior trip.

Also, post counts were lost numerous times with upgrades.

Besides the obvious (like Pete), Dan Murphy seems like a good bet.

I can't remember but I'm thinking my first log-in was sometime in 1998 or maybe even 1997?. (I have a disneyinfo.com email from August 1998 - it is actually the first email in my email archive; that's when I switched from Forte Agent to Microsoft Outlook.) I'm pretty sure Dan was here already when I first logged in.
