I just have to second that the ribs at Yak and Yeti are AWESOME! Plus it's super chilly in the restaurant, which is a great relief on those super hot days...and don't forget the Brownie Sundae for two--it's the perfect ratio of ice cream and brownie bites!

Ribs at HDD and SOA were very delicious! Sci-Fi Diner -- very fatty and gross.

I love the ribs at Flame Tree BBQ and Sci Fi. Didn't enjoy the ribs at Jiko

I liked them at WCC in WL I wouldnt say they were the best but they were good

Although they are not your traditionally "saucy" ribs I loved the ribs at Flame Tree BBQ. Hands down the best counter service I ate in the parks.
