Who has the best fish of them all?

Looking for a table service with the best fish. Preferable not a signature unless it is really fantastic.

Not sure about a regular TS, but flying fish is great for a signature.

I can think of several signatures with excellent fish (FF, Boathouse; AP and CG by reputation as I haven't eaten at the last 2 yet among others)
Non siggie? Maybe....Rose and Crown, haven't eaten there yet either but many sing it's praises or Tokyo Dining, which has several nice fish and seafood dishes.

I had a really great mahi mahi dish at Mama Melrose’s in DHS. The dish has since changed, but may still be good!

Have had great fish at Flying Fish and California Grill, but both are Signature.

IMHO, you probably won't get "great" fish at a 1 TS credit restaurant.

I had a really good salmon dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe last summer

I had a great fish dish at The Wave last year. Our service was terrible but the fish was amazing. I'm pretty sure it was grouper.
