Who gets complaints?

We just returned from the Poly and for the most part had a wonderful time. We did have a mishap and I would like to contact someone about it and let them know what happened. Do you direct correspondence to the hotel manager?

The Poly is still our favorite hotel!
 
I can't help you except to say that you should have let them know of your problem while you were there. That is usually the most effective way of resolving a problem and getting feedback.

Just because you didn't let them know of the problem while you were there doesn't mean it is too late. I would still contact them on the problem. Unfortunately I can't help you with who/where to contact. Good luck!!
 

I have had luck using the guest services e-mail available on the wdw website.

I have used it several times for comments or concerns and have gotten e-mail response and, when warranted, a phone call.
