Yes, Magicmeets is almost here! One more month and DU, Aisling and SA(Lori) will all be there. I am at school now...my simple anbutt got my days wrong...my classes are mon & wed not tues & thurs. If I werent such a brunette you'd swear I was a blonde~

If I'm off for the next week, no worries. The sisters are coming tomorrow! So, I'm making Pot Stickers (I even make the wonton wrappers) and a cake for SWHNN's birthday.

Kim - welcome back. Glad you had a nice visit.
DP - I'm almost done catering. I have my nephew's wedding cake in August and my brother's 25th anniversary cake in November. Plus this cake - it's going to be an Italian Cream cake with pecans and a cream cheese frosting (all scratch)
Robin - I hope things are well with you. I showed someone the cruise pics yesterday and told them what a good time we had!
TW - have fun with the final details of the magic meet. Are you taking the pics for it?

Boards are quiet today. I've been busy cooking. I'm on my second batch of pot stickers. The filling is easy, but making wonton wrappers is a bit more time consuming. My second batch is resting and I'm about ready to roll them out.

I also made earlier 3 quarts of potato salad (DH's request) and an Italian Cream cake with coconut & walnuts and a cream cheese frosting. SWHNN's birthday is the 10th, but we're cutting into that baby early!

It's been great being around home for the past few days. I feel like I'm accomplishing a lot of things that really needed to be done.

We have a little groundhog that has decided to spend it's time between living in our garden shed and under our deck.

Cute little fella and he's only trying to survive. Must be hard for them when people are always taking over their territory.

UGH!:headache: New boss is about 19!!!!! I hate training new bosses, ESPECIALLY AT POTTY TRAINING! He must be related to someone, somewhere here. He contantly annoys the people who already work for him.

FYI I discovered a GREAT SERVICE. CARBONITE.com. It cost 50 bucks a year, and automatically backs up all your pics & docs on your PC. You dont even know its happeneing.

I tested it the last few nights. Had it back up my PC, then deleted the files, then whent to the carbonite site and restored. WONDERFUL. And I think the 50 bucks a year is a great price for no matter what size files you have.

Anyhooooo coincidentally my contract ended with them on 7/7. So thru work I get a pretty decent deal with Verizon Wireless.
2 Blackberry Storms (james is LUCKY) for $98 TOTAL...and all the services(phone, WEB, Email...etc) for about 102 (for both phones) a Month.
Sounds good HUH?

Yes, silly, people live there! DH has a sister and brother out there and, before that, there was another brother there too, he's in Minnesota now and, yes, people live in MN, too!

Not sure about a Disney Store. Plenty of Walmarts! They have TV, cable/satellite/Dish, whatever, high speed internet, phone service etc. No cell signal up high in Glacier National Park tho. I was 'searching' for 3 days.

One more sleep for me and then I'm off to Detroit to stay at the Park N Fly tomorrow night

But first today I have to get thru the CT scan for my kidney stones

I'm not allowed to eat or drink after 8am, so I'm up to make sure that I get my breakfast in.

I don't have to be to the hospital until noon.

I like my food, I'm gonna be hungry by the time I leave there.

I'm not much of a coaster fan but the only things I won't do at Disney (any more, have tried them at least once of course) is Rockin Roller Coaster and the tougher side of Mission Space.

I'll go thru the line with you if you want but I'll take the chicken out door at the end

I'm sure we will have a great time. We have absolutely no itinerary planned other than to go and have fun.

You have a great time with the sisters. Keep the karaoke machine down to a low enough level so that the neighbours don't call the police
