I am finally up and about. Robin - I'm so sorry to hear about your fish. I know how much you enjoyed them.

DU - I think it might be worth getting the carpet NOW rather than clean. You've already got everything turned up-side-down, one more task and you'll be done. That being said, I know you've had a tough time.

Well, I've got a double batch of Sour Cream Yeast Rolls rising. These are meant to be frozen before the final day, so it's nice to make them in advance. It's gonna take 4 batches to satisfy my Thanksgiving crowd. It's a family favorite. Tomorrow, I'm going to try to do some cleaning so I'm ahead of the curve and I'll box the Christmas packages for shipping the day after.

Ann, those are Shiba Inu's (or not so technically, little Akitas.)

They are so cute!!!

Kayda is doing great. She knows what kisses are so our new way of telling her to be nice to Penny and the cat is to tell her to give kisses. She's a gentle giant.

Robin, I have no idea why he doesn't want to travel with Kayda. I only know this because he told Rose yesterday, when we talked to her about NC, that he was going to leave Kayda home.

Hi there TKer's...been another crazy week...think it's going to get worse before better...but it's all good....St Francis made the CCS playoffs, so friday night's last game wasn't the 'last' game, but it was senior recognition...here's some photos of that evening AND btw - thank you all so very much for the compliments on Ry's senior pics.

TW - I like your new business card! The puppies are off-line. One of them barfed, so they turned the camera off - I'm assuming - to clean the pen.

Well, I have a double batch of sour cream yeast rolls out of the oven and the house smells amazing. I took a picture to send to my niece because they are her absolute favorites, so I thought I'd share...here ya go!

Yeah i guess he is (or just spoiled)...here's our guy...

PS...we call him "stingy" because there are 2-3 other HB's that come to our backyard too...but he attacks & scares them away ffrom HIS feeder...

I knd of got out of watching the JB movies, a few movies ago...
I wasnt thrilled about all the different Bonds. There was really only one Bond... Sean Connery....Maybe when it comes out on DVD

I had to go out and bury a fish from my pond.

My large catfish died The thing was probably about 8 to 10 inches long.

I really enjoyed having it in my pond. It was different from the goldfish that are in there.

Maybe I will have to get me a new little catfish in the spring.

Well yesterday we had our first real snowfall.

There is enough snow to cover the grass.

I'm hoping that it will all melt away but there is more snow expected this week.

Hopefully just little amounts because I still have not raked all my leaves up.

I've completed every little teeny bit of Christmas shopping and I'm about to wrap. First I have to get another double batch of rolls started...I'm SO glad they're meant to be frozen, much easier on Thanksgiving that way. Christmas cards are next!
