We are roasting a turkey in our oven, and roasting a pork roast in a table top roaster, ...
Im also making mashed potatos, sauted green/wax beans, cauliflower w/cheesesauce , with all the normal fixins...
My sister is bringing turtle cake, My DIL is bringing, pies, and homemade bread. My other DIL is bringing wine...I think I will end up eating way too much AGAIN! :rolleyes:

Well I going to go spend time with my better half... :love:

We're going to my sister's home. I'm in charge of bringing orange things...pumpkin pies, sweet potato casserole and mac n cheese (because DD17 doesn't like any traditional ...Ann, I need you!

2 weeks to go! THanksgiving is my absolute favorite day of the year! :thumbsup2

No thinking for me, I *know* I'm gonna eat too much!

Probably drink too much too. I'm still not talking to my MIL and she'll be here that day. DFIL left for FL yesterday. John tried to get him to stay an extra day to meet our Foster puppy but he gave us this look, and I told hubby - there's no way your getting him to stay in this cold weather one day longer than he has to.

Well hunting season has started here,(turkey)...and you can hear the guns going off evey now and then...Every time I hear it...I am hoping they missed... :angel:

Of course I KNOW its no one I know hunting, soooo.. :rolleyes1

Also the deer are in rut!
Yesterday on my normal Thurs. :drive:

travels,( 15-20 min. drive to pick up my mom, then a 20-30min drive from there to pick up my DGS, then a drive into town(15mins or so), and then doing it in reverse, at the end of the day.. :faint:

) I saw lots of deer( at different times), and four bucks( all about six points at least ::yes::

WOW!...They were acting all crazy, chasing the poor doe...LOL.
Too bad I couldnt stop and watch more, but I was in a hurry, and there were cars behind me.... :car:

...So I just enjoyed them on my way by...

I am going back into town today to pick up TG supplies..I just cant do that with my mom and DGS...I need to be able to think without distractions...and believe me they are major distractions... :rolleyes:

It just worked out that way. I was asked to bring pumpkin pie and sweet potatoes, and I said I'd also bring the mac and cheese. Then I realized it is all orange stuff. :lmao:
