We were told Kayda is 9. As a foster family we only need give her love, food and a home - they pay all her medical bills. We will be honored to have her.

Ann, have you ever gone to WDW that early in november before? I am curious what the decor is? Do they continue fall or will Christmas already be set up?

John and I went to a Flyers game this afternoon. I totally forgot about the Phillies playing the World Series til we got there and tried to find a place to park. It. Was. Crazy. A fun crazy tho, Philly is cool when it's Happy~ I really hope the game gets played tonight.

I'm making funfetti cupcakes and waiting to see if Baseball is gonna be on ... I'll probably be lurkin

Cake looks good, smells divine and came out nice and high with a soft, spongy texture. I think it may be a winner! It'll freeze until Thursday....I'm amazed that cakes do so well in the freezer. I was always doubtful, but my (amazing) pastry-chef daughter-in-law swears by it and I can see why! I'll be sure to post a pic.

Robin - you ARE talented! I hope you were able to finish your laundry.

TW - it sounds like a nice fit all around

I have a minimum of 8 loads to do.

I always do mine all at once.

I'm not into doing a load or two a day.

If I don't do it all in a big bunch then I "forget" that it needs to be done

OIY! I could just scream! Here I am up at midnight because we are within our window to make Palo, Spa and Shore Excursion reservations on the Disney Cruise Line. The web page says we can't because the cruise isn't paid for....it's been paid for about SIX MONTHS and even shows a ZERO balance.

So...we have to wait until their offices open at 8am to speak to someone. Which means we may lose our time slots because others reserved BEFORE us.

I have to say...this really frosts my cupcakes!

Please ignore this rant...it's been fixed on-line (I don't know how) and reservations are made!

Ann I wouldn't stress too much about it.

We weren't able to make reservations in advance on our last cruise and we just went when we first got onboard.

We had no problem getting a good time for brunch and were offered dinner times too which we did not want to make use of.

If you can be a bit flexible in your actual times, it will most likely work out just fine.

Now I would be concerned that it says that your reservation is not paid in full when you know it is.

I'd be calling to figure that one out for sure.

Did you book it yourself with Disney Cruise Line directly.

If not you will have to call whoever booked it for you and get them to look into it.

I was on early and thought of that - but I logged out and back in. So...I got completely OUT of the web page and tried again. I can't imagine accessing it early would show it was not paid for!

Anyway, we have a nice itinerary.

• We didn't make any excursions at Key West, we've been there enough we're practically natives.
• On the day of our 25th anniversary (the first day AT sea) we're having dinner at Palo.
• In Grand Cayman we're taking a tour and stopping at the butterfly farm. (I want to swim with the dolphins or snorkel, but my allergies don't permit *sigh*).
• We're not doing anything at Cozumel - spending a lazy day on the boat and let everyone else get off!
• Our 2nd day at sea, we're doing a couples indulgence at the Spa. A massage, facial, foot scrub, a private balcony with hot-tub and a high tea served.
• At Castaway Cay, I'm going parasailing!

Ann, sounds like you have some nice things planned for your trip.

We leave on the 24th of January. It's the 7-day Western Caribbean. I can't believe we're 10 days away from our Sister's trip in Disney World. We're staying at the Grand Floridian and have reservations at Brown Derby, LeCellier and California Grill. Plus we're going to Jelly Rolls.

I would love to stay at the Grand Floridian.

I love the look of that place.

I don't think that I ever WILL stay there though because I would not be able to make myself pay the price that they charge for rooms there.

Just not really worth it for me.

I'm not that big of a sports fan, but I do enjoy the phillies. and we havent had a world series championship in a long long time... I live in south jersey right outside the city of philadelphia.
Its so exciting for us. even the people who hate sports are into it!

I hope they can pull this one out.. please!!!!!
