Some of the words are right! I'm leaving for WDW without DH this time! I wish he was coming, because then I'd never have to come back from there, guess he'll be the only reason I come home from Neverland.

Particularly since this morning virtually killed any hope for a WDW trip for us within the next few months. My DD's orthodontist finally gave me a "treatment plan" along with his $5,600 price tag!

I'll have to live vicariously through MaMadduck and Cthia's trips!

Wow Suzannen, that sounds like a lot of money for an orthodontist. When I had my braces I paid $500 upfront than $100 for 24 months. Does your DD need a lot of work on her teeth?

It does sound like a lot, doesn't it? But, checking around, that seems to be on par with the rate for Manhattan orthodontists. I mean everytime I go to her pediatric dentist for her twice a year check ups it costs me $375! But, that at least is covered by my insurance for 80%, the braces unfortunately aren't.

I guess in the meantime, I'll have to satisfy my Disney desire by going to back see Lion King or Beauty and the Beast on Broadway! (I've also heard on one radio station that Aladdin was coming and possibly starring Clay Aiken, but I have not been able to confirm that. That would definitely make me feel better!)

Suzannen, I can't believe how much they charge for yearly checkups. That total doesn't even cost me that for my family. But I guess it does depend on the area you live in. Just a shame they can charge more for the same thing. I read something about Clay going on Broadway here on the DIS, but nothing confirmed yet.
