Hey Steph, I was just reading the threads about your new job.

When I get down that way again I will have to try to stop in and say hi.

I hope that you enjoy your new job. It is a beautiful lobby, I'm not sure that I could ever afford to stay there, but we did go and drool over it last time we were there

I had a late night.....first...yodel practice...then...a party!

Well, I had told Brer_Yodeler...the teacher...not me .....about my one-man-band...

he had invited me to make my first public appearance in front of all the Brer_Yodelers last week....but as you know...i injured my elbow in a juggling mishap....

so....i was to perform this week....

well....wouldn't you know it? Brer_Yodeler....the kiss-up....heard about me one-man-banding it....and he...pardon the pun....horned in on my idea....

I get to Yodeler Hall....and there is Brer_Yodeler...the kiss-up...all suited up....heck, i didn't even have my garters ready....so...anyway...i got ready as he did his gig....

he had a drum...some cymbals....a mandolin....and a recorder...a wood like flute...

he had the recorder on some sort of a neck brace....and, not meaning to sound critical...he kind of looked like a sword fish from the side...

well anyway.....while he played....i got ready......if you read the thread about my one-man-band equipment...you knw I have a xylophone gartered on one arm and a cel phone on the other...

I have a 5 string banjo and an accordian....NOEL banners with bells...cymbals on my knees....a foot pedaled drum...and a foot pedaled cymbal..a kitchen timer with a sweet "DING"....a tambourine on my head...other jingle jangles and my xylophone sticks on a sleeveless pin vest...5 modified earrings on each ear with jingle bells...
and a harmonica on a brace on my neck....

and my 2nd cel phone in the vest pocket..

i call the 2nd cel phone by speed dialing with the on on my arm to get a melody when the phone rings.....

then I join in with my assorted instruments...

by the time I got ready....Brer_Yodeler...the kiss-up...finished....he was pretty good too!

He received wild applause....
