Who feels like a Thread-Killer? Part 6

Okay now for the big news.

We are going on ANOTHER cruise One of Rick's friends has been bugging us to go on a cruise for the last year. It has finally been decided that we are going in November So far there is a group of 11 people going (all remote control airplane guys and wives, one child)

We are going on ... Royal Caribbeans Adventure of the Seas. That is one of those huge ships with the ice rinks and the minigolf and the in line skating etc. It leaves out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. I've always wanted to try one of those big ships and if for whatever reason we don't get along with our travel companions there's lots of places to get "lost" in. Actually we have cruised with the one couple and their son before on DCL.

It is also a 7 day cruise and we have only ever been on 3 or 4 day cruises, so that will be interesting too.

I guess that we will just have to recall 2006 as the "Year of the Vacations"

Yes but you have to remember Cally that I am ... how shall I say this ..... a little further along the path of life than you are.

Your time will come, be patient.

Robin-DD(5) takes tap and ballet, she's on her 3rd yr. Last January we went to a convention for DH's work and "Motor Booty Affair"(a 70's cover band here in the Northeast) was the entertainment. Cora was on stage dancing with them....she had just turned 4 at the time.

Yup and she probably dances a heck of a lot better than I do too.

Aw, well, I'll just keep on practicing.

Sounds like my kind of people! You will find that with my sisters and our husbands who will be cruising with us! Just look for us dancing by the pool at nite.. if u want to call it dancing I can't wait to see your tap dance routine, mom loves to get out there, too. She's self taught

This cruise is gonna be great!

Well, ya'll have been chatty! I went to a softball game with tinknutt & she-who-has-no-name (for the newbies, tinknutt is my DS and my other DS is not on the boards, except when she posts through us - she has NO name!) to see SWHNN's DD play. She's very talented and we had a great time! My parents were there, too!

Sunny - congrats on your test! I couldn't imagine doing anything like that - you're very brave. I have NO physical prowess. The sisters and I were discussing how pitiful I was when we were younger and I had no talent for athletics!
