Me too. The other night, Matt's dad and I actually agreed on something!

NOT letting Matt drive either of our cars to work. Not enough experience, ya know?

Better safe than sorry, imo.
I agree with the lack of experience. New drivers think........ hey, why can't I drive anywhere, anytime I want

Well because sometimes inexperience can make a bad situation really tragic in a hurry. A situation an experienced driver can handle with no problem, an unexperienced one is suddenly in trouble with. Best to keep them down a bit longer if we can and let them get some more driving time under their belts.
I agree Kim about the "warm" issue with the weather. When you've been in the deep freeze suddenly just around freezing feels awfully balmy doesn't it
The school busses are all running today and it's business as usual, so I guess they've gotten the snow taken care of. I know the snowplow went through our street last night just before midnight.
My neighbour with the truck on the road, moved it into the driveway for the snowplow and then moved it back out on the street. I was watching him and he parked it and moved it back closer to his driveway. I thought oh, good, he's going to leave space for someone else to park. Nope, he got out, checked his position and then got back in and moved it up about 8 feet, so he's taking up the whole space again

Makes it real tempting to back up into his truck with the trailer hitch on the van

I wouldn't do it of course, but it is tempting
I have to drive Liz to Windsor (an hour each way) today. She's going to spend the weekend with my niece at her college residence. Jillian's course goes until next Friday and most of the rest of the college is done already, so she is feeling lonely and needs company.
That's okay, I'm going to go shopping at Chapters (large book store) while I'm in the "big city"
MORNING CALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
