There was a Santa sighting at the Mall....

WS was shopping...she had her little one...Sammie ...age 3......with her....

Sammie is pretty shy....she takes after her Papa I guess....

anyway....WS asked her if she wanted to tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas....

with grit and determination....and a "Go with me Mama"....

Sammie visited Santa....and talked to him!

she couldn't hardly wait to tell me....

when she did...I feigned disbelief....

I reminded her... "Santa is my Friend!"

she said no...he is my Friend....

showed me the candycane he gave her.....and relayed what gifts she asked him for....

gotta tell you....it was cute as could be...

oh....I also asked her if she told Santa what Papa wanted...she said nope...but will tell him next time....

I reminded her I wanted a Pumpkin Barbie....

she scoffed...maybe she takes after her Grammy....hmmmm.....

I opened the package from TinkNutt on my BD...seemed like a good time since it wasn't my Secret Santa gift....

and yes...it ad a squirrel mcnugget box....and t had the cutest squirrel in it...

we howled with laughter....

I was weary from carving those 2 turkeys...and peeling the spuds....

a boy has to keep up his strength...

....and...I do have lots to be thankful for too....uh huh...a nice Thanksgiving....

btw....I heard a rumor from PA that her sister was having a tofu turkey....THAT gave me the vapors....

Canada sent you some cold and snow too eh? <~~~ note the "eh"

Oh ya COLD and SNOW....not alot of snow a....a few inches....enough to be a pain

I have to say I saw the line for santa the other day shopping.....Im glad its not my job to stand in that line anymore......now I can just sit back and watch :teeth:

one good thing.....we didn't get the 1 to 3 feet they were forecasting here in town.....

my Sister South of me.... by about 40 miles.... got over 2 feet of snow on Thanksgiving day....

her and hers had a snow plowing party before they ate.....

she takes it in stride though....

as we all do who are just south of Canada.....

I have to say we got most of our snow Thanksgiving...I was a little worried about my DSis getting to work after dinner...alot of blowing and white outs....it just didnt accumulate to much....
BUT it was pretty at the time....kinda added to the festivities! :teeth:

I saw something yesterday (actually 2 somethings) that reminded me of you. ::yes::

We were having dinner out and at a nearby table a man had a birthday. They brought out a cake filled with candles and sang happy birthday. His name was Bill and his cake had a lot, a lot of candles on it :earboy2:

The other thing I saw was a juggling kit.
