We are under a winter storm watch for tomorrow.

I guess the people in Texas don't want their weather any more and are sending it up to us

Too bad it will be coming here as snow

Couldn't they have sent us some nice warm tropical breezes

All got done today but cards! Maybe I will bring them to work tommorrow!

Mom went to the Drs who performed the procedure on her. He gave her this machine, its a LEG CONSTRICTOR! Its 2 ballon things you put your legs in, then zipper them up. Turn it on and it compressors your legs. She did it twice so far today....and WOW what a difference. Now why did nt they give us this the other day?

Hey Hey Hey.....

Finally made it back home... well we got home around 8pm!

Shopping is so tiring..... I'm still not done getting gifts for everyone! I haven't a clue what to get the in-laws

They opened up a Steve & Berry's in our mall. Everything was 8.98 for the grand opening. They had a lot of nice stuff too

I got me a pair of some really cute jeans Got the boys an outfit and a pull over jacket.

Then got everything for Kal's bday party. Ordered a Baby Einstein cake. It's really cute! We got her ALOT of balloons, a cute birthday dress, a pink tiara.

Tomorrow gotta get up early again to head to DEV's concert in the mall. Then gotta go pick up Roger's truck from the base. He's worried about it. People he works with is telling him it's all banged up. He says he doesn't know if they are joking or serious... I'm pretty sure they are joking and just trying to be funny. But to make him feel better I will go pick it up.

After that we'll go get Kal's cake and head to the house to decorate and get ready for the party.

Betsy, you can rant to us all you want. That's what we are here for.

Robin, are you sure you want the warm weather. It's kind of weird when it's warm and it's suppose to be Dec. I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hot today!!! I'd give you some "warm" if I could.

I for one, do not do it enough

DU, maybe she couldn't use the leg constrictors earlier for some medical reason Maybe she had to be in a certain condition before they would do any good.

And yes, I'd much prefer to have the warm weather. Even if it is supposed to be December

They are predicting 9 - 12 inches of snow for us today.

I don't see any yet but its supposed to start later this afternoon.

We were supposed to be going out for dinner tonight to celebrate a friends birthday.

Unfortunately that requires a 3 hour rountrip drive

Guess we will just wait and see what the weather is like later.

They called off our snowstorm here....AFTER all the Hoopla!

At work for my FINAL day till next year! Waiting for the customers to leave!!!!!!! I didnt tell them that the snow storm was cancelled...they asked me...and I told them "Yeah it's suppose to be a doooooozzey"

It was 'fun driving home in it this am...3 hours of white knuckle driving...AND THE HEAT DIED IN MY CAR!

Welcome back Colleen, can't wait to see your pictures and hear how your trip went.

We are having major snow.

I guess they were right in their snowstorm predictions.

They have declared a "snow emergency" which means you are not supposed to park any vehicles on the road so that they can plow.

...... hmmm...... do you think I could go and ask the guy across the street if we can park a car in his driveway

It will be a long time before they come and even try to plow out our street. We are such a small street that we get left for last.

It's still snowing and blowing like crazy though, so who knows

Robin, you had me laughing with that very descriptive forcast. Stay safe with all that snow. Sounds really bad...

Yesterday was pretty busy. DeV's concert went really well. They are all such cute kids. Roger's truck is fine. No damage....they were just being funny. Kallista had a ball digging into her own cake. But she was a mess Grandma cleaned her up

Tonight is Survivor season finale!

Hmm, .... when you have to go and help dig out the snowplowcause it's stuck in the intersection

Does that mean that you've had more than enough snow

We saw the snowplow coming so went out to move the cars off the road so he could clean off our "parking" spaces.

He got stuck and asked to borrow one of our shovels Rick and Alex helped him to get clear so that he could pile a couple of feet of snow into the end of our driveway

Our cars are parked in the neighbour across the streets driveway.... no NOT the nasty neighbour but the guy next door. He's a really nice guy, says we can park in his driveway every time he goes away and really anytime we want as long as he can get his car out.

We have some snow drifts that are probably almost as tall as my shoulder in the backyard

Cally, good to hear that Roger's truck is okay and that Kallista had a wonderful first birthday party.
