Well, another super day! I'm sporting my new exercise clippie, courtesy of Rajah - thank you so much for doing that, Tammi!!! So cool!!!
Anyway, did the ol' four-mile WATP yesterday. It felt great, but my back is a little sore this morning. I think I slept wrong - so, stretching for me today! Maybe the kinks will work out through the morning and I can do a bit more...
Can someone help out disneyeveryyear with a question? She wants to know how long other folks stayed at one mile on WATP before moving up to two. I don't know - it was so fun when I started, I sort of jumped right in
Maybe someone else here has taken a more progressive approach? Moderation hasn't always been my strong suit
