Hi everyone,

Well, after my baby squirrel rescue yesterday (flying squirrels, I've been told), I managed to settle down and do all four miles of my new WATP DVD. Dang, but that's a LOT OF FUN!!! Found myself stomping along with a big, doofy grin on my face :p I think I've found an exercise plan that agrees with me...

I'm starting to see why other WISHers actually - gulp - like exercise! My clothes don't fit any differently yet, but I feel so good! DH even commented on how sexy I looked yesterday :o Made me blush, I was so surprised!

So, thank you, thank you, and thank you again, all of you WISHers who have posted to these exercise threads so far. Without you to motivate me, I don't know if I would have pushed through some days (I just hate posting that I did NOTHING  ).

Keep up the great work, all of you! You're the best, the absolute best!!! Keep me inspired and tell me what you did yesterday!

Daisy;)

WOO-HOO, Daisy!!!!!

You can't beat that compliment, that is awesome!!! I think it's a combo of the exercise you've been doing and the way you are carrying yourself too! When you feel better you just oooooooze all those great vibes, so you must be walking with a little more confidence too! :) GOOD FOR YOU! Glad you are enjoying the WATP tape too!

Yesterday I did abs (felt GREAT!), 10 guy push ups (was going for 9 so I was so surprised when I completed 10!!!), my other push ups, shoulders, and triceps. Then I rollerbladed, I cut my lap short by one but still got a great workout. Woo-hoo! :) I hate to sound braggy, but my size 8 pants that I bought before England are now TOO LOOSE! I wore them yesterday and I can totally pull them away away from my waist, so all this exercise is paying off big time! I hate that they are pretty much new and now not fitting anymore, but I don't mind that they are too big! ;)

I did! I did the walk away the pounds dvd and it felt good to start it up again. Going to do the same today! Have a great day everyone :D .

I DID!! I'm so happy I got off track after a weekend away! I can't do much but I did 1 mile WATP and 1 mile on the treadmill and lot and lots of mini crunches (cause Luvinit says I need to suck it in more and I cant!!!!)!

I did my 40 min on the treadmill yesterday, I just couldn't get those last 10 min in yesterday. I still didn't get my crunches or squats in, but I am going to sit down and write out a plan so that I have something that will guide me. Thanks for the thread, it's great to hear what exercises everyone else is doing.

TigH-Nobody would think that bragging is a bad thing. You deserve it, too bad your nice pants are too big, but that is a great thing.

Keep up the good work everyone and have a wonderful day.:D

What a wonderful thread!!! Great job to everyone!! I walked perimiter of my neighborhood and added the new neighborhood going up for a total of 3.5 miles. Then I added ab work and stretching!! Never forget to stretch!!!
Have a great day!! "Make good choices"

yes I did, yes I did, and I think I can, I think I can, I know I can...

and I did, and I did.....:bounce: :bounce:

My DW and I shared another successful day, just as proud of myself I am completely proud of my DW, walking that treadmill with our DS growing and growing and growing inside....

:D :D :D :D :D

One 15 minute/1 mile WATP video and one Curves workout.
WATP is new to me, and I like it...I really like it!
Have a good one!

I am really building a relationship with my Ellptical...lol. I spent another 35 mins with it yesterday....getting ready to say hello for today!!!lol

Daisy....WATP!!!! Doesn't matter how doofy you feel doing it....JUST DO IT!!! No One can see inside your house...and your kids will grow up to think you are nuts anyways...you are just giving them reasons...LOL

TIGH....Don't ever think you are "bragging"...you are a huge inspiration...you help keep me going!!! Loose 8's huh??? Cool !!!

Cinmell....good job...(I am starting to wish I invented WATP)...lol

Kabuli.....My dearest Wish Friend!!! I am SO PROUD OF YOU!!! I know what a struggle exercise has been for you!!!! Keep up the good work...the results WILL show!!!!

JimmyTammy & Beastlover....I need to start on those crunches...good job on working on those abs!!

jtbdas...Congrats on the DW...walking is the best while you are preggie...keeping in shape makes deliverly sooo much easier and less complicated!!!

I rode my bike to work and back (about 1.5 miles each way) since once again I didn't wake up in time to work out. I've got to start setting my alarm!

Great job everyone!

I did!! It wasn't much but I walked 6/10 of a mile in the noon day heat of South GA!!!(WHAT was I thinking???) I ahd planned on doing a whole mile but the heat was making me dizzy.

bliss4us - Sounds like you have a great time with WATP. Soon, soon those clothes will be fitting differently for sure. Keep at it.

TigH - Your inspiration is wonderful to me! Wow you are progressing and doing so very well! Being at GOAL and still adjusting down in size, how great is that!

Cinmell and Kabuli1 - It is good that you are starting up and back on track. I certainly know how hard it is for me to get going. I feel as if I am starting over each time I do anything!

jimmytammy - 40 minutes is wonderful! Good for you. Writing out a plan, now there’s a good idea. I do not have a written plan. You are so smart to do this!

Beastlover - You are moving around the town for sure! See, as you get better you get to see more neighbors. I like being out of doors when I can. You are right about the stretching there, we can never stretch too much. Your combined walking, exercise, and stretching routine will certainly have you looking and feeling oh so fine soon!

jtbdas - Successful days are just sweet! Lucky for you that you have a companion to keep you going. You will both be needing that extra energy and those healthy bodies in order to keep up during birthing as well as raising that young ‘un.

Mom2Princesses - Good for you! You had a good workout day. I hear so much about the WATP I have to look into that. Getting out to go to your Curves workout too, whew!

Luvinit - I’ve not tried an elliptical before. Seems as though you have a routine building! 35 minutes is doing a good job.

imgoingtodisney - I just love it when you say you are on that “gerbil track” because it makes me smile every time I read it!

nicolep91 - I am thinking that you had a workout riding the bike back and forth to work. I can’t wake up early to just exercise either.

Now my turn. I did a very leisurely 15 mile bike ride in 2 hours time. I don’t know when I will get any sort of “routine” established, but at least I am doing something.

I am happy to report that I did Tae-bo advance for 60 minutes and then did a firm Ab tape. Just having to check in daily with everyone keeps me on track! Thanks

I did!

I worked out at Curvers (~45 minutes) and then walked 2 miles afterward. I had to push myself to go, but I was happy I did! I always feel great once I get started.

Congrats to everyone else who got themselves in gear yesterday :)

45 min on the elliptical yesterday- tried hill intervals for the 1st time!

I swam laps for 40 minutes...still think it's the most boring thing in the world though.

What a nice compliment from your DH!!!!!! :) congrats!

I did a 2-mile WATP!!

Thanks for these threads, Daisy, they help to motivate me too!!

Keep up the good work, all!
