Hi everyone,

Well, quite a day for me! I'm posting a little late because I had to rescue a nest of baby squirrels this morning:eek: DH pulled some stuff out of the top storage area of our shed this morning, and voila! Baby squirrels, nest and all! We couldn't put them back where they were because "where they were" wasn't in the shed anymore. Plus, we had to pick them up, so weren't sure momma squirrel would like our smell all over them. Called THREE wildlife rehab centers in our area, plus our local vet, and just got back from driving the babies over to the closest center. So cute, and not even as big as my thumb!!!

Anyway, I just got WATP on DVD. That is the MOST fun I have ever had working out! I did all four miles before I knew it! Can't wait to try it again today! For anyone who is bored/hesitant about exercise, this is just SO FUN. I would highly recommend it.

Hope everyone has sent faith, trust and pixie dust to TigH, whose DH had a bit of a health scare yesterday. Here's all good thoughts to you, Karen and Ross; an event like that certainly puts all my little gripes into perspective.

So, what did you all do yesterday? Keep up the awesome work, and tell me about your exercise for the day!

Daisy;)

Awwwwhhh...little baby squirrels. My DD would have begged me to keep them!! I have Karen and Ross in my prayers...I am waiting to hear from her for an update..

As for exercising...35 mins on the ellipitcal!! I took 2 days off to recover from too much fun on Saturday night...but I am back on track now!!!

Oh Daisy, how exciting! Hope you had fun being a surrogate mom to those cutie pies even if it was just for a short time!!!

Yesterday morning I did my lunges/squats and plies and that was it. :)

Thanks for the faith, trust, pixie dust and prayers. Ross should be home later on today and he has the green light to continue exercising. Will run more tests later next week. Phew! That is a load of our minds, I am just happy he is coming home soon! Thanks everyone!!! :) xo

Karen - I pm'd you about Ross...glad he is coming home! :)

I did my 2mile WATP this morning, did Pilates last night....whew!

I have been more motivated to do SOMETHING since these posts have been going up. Thanks for helping me stay focused.
TM 2 miles last night, took me about 40 min.
Waiting for my pilates CDs to arrive. Been "workin' out" at home. Finally having a graduation party this weekend for DS. (HighSchool) and have been doin all the work that goes with this sort of event.
Thought about WATP, not sure I would use them. May look into borrowing from library to see if I might enjoy them. Thanks for the recommendation.

For the first time in quite a while I exercised yesterday!!! I know that not exercising is part of the reason for me stalling in the last month and a half so I just need to force myself to do it. I hurt my back really badly in June so I used that as an excuse for too long but not anymore.

I am starting back in slowly because I didn't want to overdo it and reinjure my back but I did the 1-mile WATP DVD and I did 10 sit-ups. Just a nice slow gradual intro to exercising again.

I woke up late (again) so I didn't get to exercise in the morning before work, BUT I packed a bag and hauled it to the gym on my lunch break. Managed to do 20 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes in the weight room working my lower body. I was proud of myself!!

I'm proud of all of you too! :D

for exercising yesterday - but I did get 3 mile jog in and the SHAPE routine for toning. My DD had an early appt at the orthodonist (braces!). I had a moment of pride at the appt when one of the hygenists said to me "You were out jogging this morning, weren't you?" Well, darn it now girls - it's official - I'M A JOGGER! he he he (the hygenists lives in my development and recognized me from church and saw me out jogging)

yea for us consistently exercising - this is key!!!

me, me, me, me,

Was the first day back for my radient and glowing pregnant DW. It was great to have my partner back.

We each did 30mins. on the treadmill.

We have both decided that our goal will be to do the 1/2 Marathon in 2005 with all of our Wish friends.

Success is losing one at a time.

Thanks to all of you.:bounce: :Pinkbounc

I did!! One hour of my dance fitness class!!
Plan to do my WATP tape today, I love that!!!

Good luck everyone and so glad to hear Ross is ok, Karen!

I did Power 90 cardio 3-4 and Power 90 Abs Blaster. I also started on the Wendi plan to see if I can jump start my weight loss, things have been happening mighty slow here. This board has really kept me motivated, thanks to all.
