Good morning, everyone!

Here's hoping all you WISHers out there had a fabulous day yesterday! I did two miles of WATP yesterday - so busy! And yet, I always find time to post here...:rolleyes:

But that's because of all of you, and the wonderful support I find on the WISH board. Your posts, your struggles and successes, those are the things that keep me motivated. Together, we can do anything, right?!? Of course we can!

So what did you do yesterday? And how did it make you feel? ABSOLUTELY SUPER, I hope! Tell it here, and celebrate your good choices!

We did our weekly 5 mile r/t walk to the Sushi restaurant. (Body as transportation!) The weather was threatening but we made it there and back without getting wet!
 
I did my 50 min on the treadmill again. I tend to say the same thing over and over. I will soon be adding some weight training so hopefully something different to report. Keep up the good work for those of you exercising over the weekend. I am taking off the weekend as usual.

I biked yesterday. I put my 3 year old in the pull-a-long and attached him to my bike for some extra work. He loves to go with me and I love the extra work I have to do to pull him!:p

I am happy to report that I only missed 1 day of exercise this week. I already have plans to bike today with the family and walk tonight with my neighbor so I will meet my weekly goal of exercising 6 out of 7 days!!

Two miles is better than no miles! ;)

I went out rollerblading and made it about 1.5 mile total between rain storms! YIKES! ;) Usually my route is about 9 miles, so I didn't quite get my workout in! I also worked my legs (lunges, etc.) and did crunches! And then a whirlwind cleaning in the afternoon to get the house looking tidy for the out-laws who ended up at our house a night earlier than expected. Oh joy!:eek:

My daughter and I did the Pilates advanced tape, WOW!, is all that I can say. Even though we both struggled through it, we both had a sense of satisfaction that we completed it, it was quite the workout.
 
I've seen this thread a lot before and just been to lazy to post! But I want to! So here goes! LOL :)

Yesterday I did the 3 mile WATP tape!! I like it a lot - it gets me sweating!

Good job everyone on the exercise! I'm going for a 21 day exercise challenge starting yesterday!

I was planning to do my usual Curves workout yesterday afterwork... but realized as I was driving there... that I left my bag of work out clothes at home! LOL! So instead, I went home and changed and talked my DD into joining me in a bike ride. We did over 4 miles in about 25 minutes and had a good time. :)
 
If you read my other post you would knowt that I did the entire 3mile WATP tape for the first time. I also worked arms.
 
WATP 2 mile. Seems like I am getting in a rut. Maybe need to start thinking about something else.
 
Me too, but I over did it.

I got a little too ambitious with my 1/2 marathon training and made myself sick for about 2 hours.

But, I logged 7.57 miles on the treadmill in 1 hr 45 minutes.

Also did some upper body weights but not my full routine.
 
Well, I can't believe just how much of an encouragement just being able to post to this thread is every day. :) I *was* going to just go to bed last night because I was so tired, but knowing I'd have to go a day without posting to the thread encouraged me to do something before going to bed. So I did 3 miles on the exercise bike. :D Another new record for me. :) That endurance thing you were talking about, Daisy... I'm starting to notice it, too. :)
